Anna and Lily were so incredible! They were attentive and so helpful! They were always there to check in and make sure we were having a great time! We left our baby's hat in the lobby and they sent a car to bring it to our hotel in Da Nang. Thanks for going above and beyond! The location was EXCELLENT 👌 You walk down the street to the right and you have the night markets. Walk to the left and around the corner to the river. Then over the bridge into Old Town. At night, the river is beautiful as it lights up with boats carrying lanterns. If you go for a night swim in the pool you can watch the lantern boats going down the river.

The hotel has a great location, close to restaurants and the old town. The staff is lovely, especially Ana and Lily are friendly and very helpful, assisting with tours arrangements and airport transportation if needed. The rooms are clean and the shower provides good hot water. The rooftop pool is a nice and cozy spot for hot days. We enjoyed our two-day stay, and overall, it offers great value for the price.

The hotel is located in a residential area, which can be a bit noisy, specially if you stay in a room next to the reception. I recommend booking a room on the second or third floor. Overall everything else is good.

Anna was so very helpful and went beyond her duties. The fact that Anna is there makes the rating a 10. She is friendly, professional, and so attentative to her guests. She is a true diamond for your hotel. Her English is very good. The other staff are friendly and caring too. We would have been lost without Anna. Our daughter ended up in hospital with food poising, and Anna helped us change flights. She even packed us breakfast when we left at 4 am. for a 6am flight. The aircons are fabulous, and the beds are so comfortable. Anna, we miss you already !!!

There was nothing we didn't like apart from the first room, and Anna moved us to a beautiful room with a balcony.

Our stay at La An Old Town Hotel was an absolute delight! Ana and Lily, the hosts, were incredibly kind and sweet—so attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. They really went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and taken care of, offering great recommendations and making sure all our needs were met. The location couldn’t be better! The hotel is just a short walk from the iconic Hoi An Japanese Bridge and other major attractions, making it super easy to explore the charming old town. You can truly immerse yourself in the beauty of Hoi An, with everything within walking distance. The hotel itself is cozy and comfortable, with a lovely atmosphere that perfectly matches the charm of Hoi An. If you're visiting the area, La An Old Town Hotel is a must-stay. We had such a memorable experience and will definitely return!

Very well located, a short 5 minute walk to downtown! It’s also 1 minute front the Vietnamese Bamboo Circus, a must-see show! It’s also 2 minutes from the Heaven and Earth bike tours office, which I recommend for bicycle tours in Hoi An’s area. The staff was lovely, very accommodating with kids. The family room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a balcony. Laundry service was good and efficient. The breakfast options are the usual: eggs, fruits, toast and jam, Vietnamese coffee. What we loved about it is that the staff noticed my kids loved the passion fruits and brought more for them. We loved our stay, and we will definitely be back!

The family room is on the top floor with no elevators, take it into consideration (it wasn’t a problem for us). Since it’s close to the old town it can be noisy with the bars around, but that’s to be expected. One improvement would be blackout curtains to blobk the light in the morning, which I mentioned to the staff. Nothing else to add!

Amazing place. Wonderful location 2 mins walk from the river. The staff were great and very helpful especially Anna. We took the taxi pick up from the airport and then back to Da nang, so worth it and a very good price! She also helped us organise coconut boats with hotel pick up. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was amazing! The place has a pool upstairs which we unfortunately didn't have time to use because we only had 1 night.

Absolute perfect location, one street behind the lantern river and great restaurants and a short walk to the old town. Good breakfast and rooms and friendly staff

Only thing is that they do try and sell tours and transport. These are quite expensive compared only prices or doing it yourself. Especially for solo travellers. Make sure you do your own research before booking

Really friendly staff, Lily and Anna were very kind and helpful, lots of recommendations and support. Anna even gave us towels for a shower after we had checked out and been to the beach. Lily was kind and chatty, me and my friend had a great stay and enjoyed the pool in the mornings.

The fridge in the room lost power when we left meaning the drinks were not cold when we got back hot and sweaty. Perhaps in the future the drinks could be bought downstairs where they are always cold. Thank you!

Great location and great staff. Room was basic but comfortable. And great value for the money. We at one point didn’t have hot water but this was sorted very quickly. Ann the manager was super helpful and booked a few things for us without any hassle. Breakfast was lovely. it was also lovely to stay in An HOI Which is a little inlet island with a lovely vibe.

Lily and Anna were such wonderful hosts here. Lily in particular was very welcoming and accommodating to me - she greets everyone with a smile and helped to recommend a few things to me, including day tours, the Memories show, and tailors. This accommodation is so central to everything you need. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back here again
