This time returning to La Siesta Hoi An Resort was just as magical as always. All the staff remembered my name and again provided the consistently exceptional service. The resort's beautiful surroundings and incredible rooms made me feel instantly relaxed and it honestly just felt like coming back to my own home (only wish my home were half this nice). The spa experience was once again a highlight, super skillful therapists and a chill atmosphere in the garden where the massage rooms are situated. Breakfast spreads were absolutely to die for, so delicious! complimentary bicycle rent was an amazing touch, it really made exploring Hoi An sort of stress free. I have said this many times before and I am going to say it again. I highly recommend La Siesta Hoi An Resort and Spa if you are seeking a truly unforgettable stay in Vietnam.

Building and rooms were exceptional.

The only problem we had was over surveying. Whilst we were there (2 nigjts) we were asked to fill out 6 written surveys about our experience and were asked regularly if we had feedback for them about various aspects of the service. It became invasive by the end.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at La Siesta Hoi A Resort and Spa. Without doubt, this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in with a brilliant room and facilities, and kind and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality by the lovely, helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Huang was especially helpful, helping us to settle in and attending to any queries we had. Due to a late-afternoon plane, he also extended our check-out time for the room, which was greatly appreciated. The grounds of the resort are absolutely stunning. The lush gardens are impeccably maintained, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation. Our room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. We particularly appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the charming town of Hoi An. The resort’s location is also ideal, offering easy access to both the historic town and the stunning nearby beaches. The complimentary shuttle service was an added bonus, making it convenient to explore without any hassle. In summary, La Siesta Hoi An Resort and Spa exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway in Hoi An. We can’t wait to return!

The hotel is complete paradise. There are several pools, each slightly different than the other. The resort is perfectly maintained and every member of staff takes pride in the resort. The restaurants are exceptional. Breakfast is excellent. There are many options available but this doesn't mean that you sacrifice quality. The Red Bean restaurant is particularly good for dinner. Delicious food and a great dining experience. The shuttle bus to the old town and the beach is extremely useful and makes things much easier when travelling with kids. The staff at the resort go above and beyond to make your experience as positive as possible. We will 100% be back to enjoy the resort again in the future.

Outstanding service - not just friendly and attentive, they also made proactive suggestions that enhanced our time in Hoi An. It's also just an oasis of a place - serene and elegant, out of the town but still super close. One other awesome thing was the number of onsite activities that our kids (12 and 7) loved - cooking, lantern making, leaf animal making, pool table, etc.

Even out of town, there can be some noise. It wasn't their fault but there was a large multi-day wedding on nearby and a dog barking. It would be much worse in town though I'm sure.

La Siesta Resort in Hoi An is truly exceptional! The staff are incredibly courteous, helpful, and friendly, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The resort is beautifully maintained, with a serene atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to relax. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Honestly, there’s nothing I can think of that could be better—our stay was excellent, and I have no complaints at all. La Siesta Resort delivered an outstanding experience in every way, and we couldn’t have asked for more.

The property is beautiful with really lovey greenery and pools. The staff were all very sweet and helpful. There was a wide selection at the breakfast buffet to suit most tastes. Restaurant food was also delicious in both restaurants. Walking distance into old town Hoi A but they also have shuttle buses running.

If I had one issue it was the noise coming from local karaoke singers while laying at the pool. Not a lot the hotel can do about that but it was a bit of a nuisance trying to relax while listening to what sounded like a lot of cats being strangled. Gymnasium isn’t great. Bit dark dingy as it’s below ground level and no toilet facilities.

The hotel's grounds are truly breathtaking, lush, and beautifully landscaped with various serene areas to explore. The staff were exceptionally warm, accommodating, and attentive. When my husband wasn't feeling well, a staff member thoughtfully noticed and arranged complimentary ginger tea for us, complete with honey and lemon, available anytime during our stay. They went above and beyond, checking on us daily and graciously meeting every need. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering a nice variety of healthy options. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient shuttles to both the charming old city center and the beach, which was quite convenient.

The Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable, which made remote work challenging at times. Would be great if this can be improved. It would also be nice to have natural yogurt and some muesli at breakfast, as only sweetened yogurt was available. However, this is just a minor suggestion—the overall breakfast selection was fantastic!
