Great value for money. Pool looked nice but unfortunately was too cold for us in the weather but in the right weather it would be great. I liked the location because it’s just on the side of the chaos on the main old quarter. You can rent a motorbike or bike from the hotel so super easy to get around. Don’t park your motorbike near the river - ours got moved by god knows who and we spent a weird two hours playing detective trying to find the bike and by pure chance and good luck some random man in alley way took us to places he knew to look for it.

1. Loved the location - a short bike ride or leisurely walk from the centre of everything. We liked this for incidental exercise over a 1 week stay and for being close to the river, but others might prefer to be closer to the town or beach. 2. Loved the bike rental service, very affordable for a decent bike. 3. The breakfast and pool area is really nice to start and end the day. 4. Good value for money. 5. Nice big room with balcony and semi view. 6. Helpful and nice staff

Not much privacy with balconies looking into other rooms, but it is easily worked around. This is a small price to pay for the other benefits. Would 100% recommend staying here.

A hotel who pride themselves in providing a lot of love to their customers. From the initial welcome, you were made to feel at home, always greeted with a huge smile The room was excellent, with lakeside views. The fridge was a very welcome surprise, and was very appreciated. Shower and bathroom is of a great size and is excellently provisioned Breakfast had a wide choice of freshly cooked traditional food. It was a great start to each day I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. The value was enormous, as was the friendliness of the care and customer focus The hotel arranged for the shuttle bus to collect me, for my journey home to the airport. This was excellent and saved me having to walk into the centre. Thanks for a great stay

Clean, spacious room, ok view. Friendly staff, who were able to assist with booking tours and transportation. Walking distance to town and surrounding rice fields etc.

There are three bridges to the island, but one crosses a resort where you are not allowed, and one is closed for construction. So every trip begins and ends with the same walk across the one useable bridge. Bathroom has the typical asian layout where everything gets wet when you shower.

1) Rooms & amenities: It has everything that you need. Leave the exhaust fan on after showering as it is could get wet and slippery. 2) Breakfast: It was great as it has many choices from their famous local delicacies such Mì Quảng and Cao lầu to simple bread toast & omelette. 3) Service & people who worked there. It is a family owned lodging so they could help you with whatever you need from tour booking, motorbike & bicycle rental. However, be sure to do it before 10pm (if I remember the timing correctly) as the reception will be closed by then. Besides, once you checked-in, they will also provide you a mini map on how to navigate your way to the ancient town.

I stayed here for 19 days and loved it! The place is pretty much brand new. My room was big with a large bathroom. They have a nice swimming pool and lounges in the garden area. A dining room that serves an awesome breakfast! Just a pleasant 7-10 minute stroll to the centre of town. Plenty of great restaurants on the island itself also. There is a convenience store about 5 minutes away. Laundry service as well shuttle to and from Da Nang airport are available. And all of the staff were amazing! I recommend this hotel highly and I will definitely stay here again :)

Lovely room with a balcony and a great view out to the river and Hoi an. As it was on the island in the river it was much quieter than the main part of Hoian. Staff were attentive and eager to help. Breakfast was good. Nice garden to sit in. We did not try the pool but it looked nice also. Some good choice of cafes close by as well as good street food. Try the pork Banh Mi stall - Be Binh just down the road in the mornings. We also had dinner on the river three times - there are a number of different riverside restaurants - looking across river to old Hoian. Easy bike ride or walk into old Hoi an . We had some nice early morning walks in the streets between the hotel and the river. .

Friendly staff, ready to help you organising tour, transport, motorbike and whatever you need. Big room, super comfy mattress, cold aircon, fast wifi. Swimming Pool was a nice touch to get refreshed after a busy day. The Vietnamese offer for breakfast was delicious (loved the Cao Lau). They offer laundry service for 30.000/kg. Room was well cleaned daily.

Location a bit far from the nightlife (15 minutes walking, sometimes can be challenging in the hot days). International offer for breakfast could be better (Pancake and omelette average). Swimming Pool could be more clean.

Amazing stay in Hoi An, in a quiet area away from the centre. Room was spotlessly clean and the whole property was decorated to a high standard. Housekeeping every day was very welcome and room was cleaned to a high standard day. View over the river was very nice. Included breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and arranged bikes for two days.

15 minture walk to Old Town across a very busy small bridge, but was fine for us. Soundproofing between rooms not the best. No furniture on the balcony for sitting out.
