In our journey to discover the beauty of Hoi An ancient town this time we chose Quin villa. Right from our first steps here, we were welcomed by the warmth and enthusiasm of the receptionist, who answered all our questions and suggested places to go. , things to do in Hoi An. The villa is located on a small island with a 5 minutes biking to the old town and a 12 minutes walk. The perfect location so you can sleep soundly every night on a comfortable bed without fear of being woken up or disturbed by noise. The room is large and completely clean, delicately decorated and has excellent soundproofing. They also have free bicycles so you can freely enjoy the poetic beauty of the heritage site early morning. Fresh breakfast with pancakes and fruit, homemade yogurt, and a choice of delicious eggs! The cute dining area next to the pool with views of the quiet river and grazing water buffalo made us don’t want to leave. Everyone here always smiles and is immediately there when we need help. Or a cup of ginger tea when unfortunately my husband caught a cold because of the rain, it made him much better. Really appreciate! The architecture and decoration of this place come from the owner and his wife, which also shows the enthusiasm and love they have for this property. They also have their own Mekong tailor shop where I ordered a blazer and evening dresses and received perfect products down to every detail. Don't hesitate to come here to enjoy your wonderful vacation like the way we did and will come back any time we come to Hoi An!

Lovey spacious and clean room with nice balcony and great views. Watched the water buffalo swimming in the river. Friendly staff, even made me a surprise birthday cake and sang me happy birthday so sweet!! Arranged massage for us with a moped transfer. Good location, slightly out about a 10 minute walk to busier areas Nice pool and sun beds. Simple but good breakfast

Simply the nicest hotel we have stayed in in Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam so far. The owners are there 12 hours a day and live nearby. Seems like they have staff everywhere who are extremely helpful in different kinds of roles. Probably the most attractive, stylish, beautiful, thoughtful design aspects of anywhere I have stayed. Every square meter is clean, stylish, purposeful, and design. If the money fits your budget, you would be a fool not to book here. Room 301 has a large balcony overlooking miles of green and river area Opposite the city street. Beds are great, facilities are great, breakfast is tops and beautiful and included. Pool and terrace and sitting areas with lots of plants and greenery. 15 minute walk to everything over the bridge into town. Owners are custom tailors, and can make whatever you want and also mend whatever you need. I never write reviews. Could not wait to do the above review because I love this place. Dirk, from Portland, Oregon, and his lovely bride, Peggy. Oh, yes, we paid for a rental scooter every day, and had fabulous access to beaches and anywhere we wanted to go so conveniently if we did not walk. We survive the chaos of the driving here.

Wonderful except for the rooster that starts at 12:30 in the morning next-door. Manageable.

The staf was very helpfull and friendly, and gave personal attention. You are not just a number over there. The breakfast staff knew after one day what i would like for breakfast and prepared that. Since the hotel is on an island, it is very helpfull that you can borrow a bicycle for free. This way you can discover Hoi An on a easy way. Laundry was taken care of for a normal price, also renting a motorbike was taken care of and was easy. I had one of the bigger rooms with a beautiful view over the river and a nice covered balcony. I loved the room. Nice, spacious and clean.

There was nothing dissapointing. Only be aware it is not in the center of Hoi An, but you can borrow a bicycle for free, so easy to discover the center (or even if you want to go to the supermarket).

The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the river view rooms. The property is clean, and the sheets are fresh and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly helpful and truly elevate the overall experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If possible, I recommend staying in a river view room, even if the payment is higher, as the city view rooms may feel a bit noisy. That said, regardless of the room, you will feel warmly welcomed and receive excellent service throughout your stay.

The old town center is approximately a 15-minute walk away.

Loved the shaded pool. The staff and owners were lovely to deal with, very friendly and helpful. Great to have free use of bikes to get into Hoi An Old Town, not far to walk but the bikes got you there easier/quicker. Scooter there to hire if you wanted too. We were measured up for tailored clothes in the hotel, so easy and fantastic results! Grateful to hang by the pool after check out whilst waiting for a taxi to airport due to flight delays. We chose a room with a view of the river which we enjoyed. Sat on balcony with coffee to watch sunrise. Saw Water Buffalo at back fence and roosters crowing gave a relaxing country feel after the cities. It was great to have breakfast included. Lovely restaurants across the road and small grocery store 5 mins away.

Everything. The fit out and clever design. The relaxing pool area where breakfast is served and of course the fabulous breakfast spread which was plentiful and tasty. Both Asian style food and European. Lots of gorgeous fruit options and the sparking clean pool. The fabulous top floor room with view and terrace. The good location to centre and most of all the beautiful, kind and warm staff. We also had the services of Mrs Van, such a lovely and clever person who is a tailor. The clothes she made for us were perfect! Very happy.

Probably the bed for me..just a little too hard but that’s personal preference. ☺️

A truly wonderful hotel - the best we stayed in during our two weeks in Vietnam. The owners , Mr Ho and Mrs Van (as well as other staff) were lovely and extremely welcoming. They have their own tailor shop in the hotel which is very convenient. We had several items made at their tailor shop and were so happy with the results (prices are also slightly cheaper than the many other tailors in Hoi An). Perfect location within easy walking distance of the Old Town but still away from the bustle and noise. Room was spacious and clean with a beatiful nature view from our private balcony. Pool was very nice and the home-cooked breakfast delicious and varied. If we ever come back to Hoi An, we will stay here! Cannot recommend enough.

It was an incredible cleanest villa with the spacious decoration , the bed is so soft which is the best sleeping i got in our Vietnam Trip. The owner Mr Ho is very kind and warm regards to you and he always look after any small details and information to help you.Nothing is impossible with him .The location is very safe and quite just few minutes walk to ancient town, the view looks to fields and river behind an amazing after a long day explored the town, we enjoyed and relaxing at the pool , special the staff extremely friendly and helpful which will help you anything you need. The beautiful breakfast with several fresh fruits and both western and Vietnamese foods. Fabulous staying.

The facility was first class in every respect. Ho and Mrs Van were exceptional hosts, personable, humorous, caring and efficient. Their staff were very similar. Their breakfast was delightfully presented and served on a covered verandah open to the garden and the countryside beyond with many birds. Unlike anywhere else we stayed coffee was served individually to each guest when they were ready and was always hot. We liked being 10 to 15 minutes from the old town on the other side of the river in an area a short way off the main tourist route. Local cafes/restaurants etc met our needs with friendly, hard working, and obliging family staff. If we visit Vietnam again we will be sure to stay again.
