amazing staff, so attentive and welcoming, allowed us to have a ball in the pool and play our music, they also ordered us drink and delivered it to us and arranged our washing and motorbikes. the property is very well maintained with lovely big, clean and modern rooms. the pool is lovely and well needed in the hot weather. best hotel we have stayed at in south east Asia. would recommend to anyone.

Amazing place just down a road off the busy street , the owners and staff couldn't be nicer they went out of their way to make our stay perfect, We loved it so much we booked an extra week with them!! I could highly recommend you stay here , breakfast is amazing from their local food to western food very very good , pool was amazing 10 out of 10 , The room was so clean and we has 2 balconies one at back and one at front xxx thank you for making our stay perfect Ali x del We highly recommend anyone to stay here it will make your trip ❤️ we will miss you xxxx

I recently stayed at this awesome hotel and had to tell you all about it! The room was super clean and you could tell it was really thought through. It had everything we needed and more. Plus, the atmosphere was so relaxed - it was the perfect escape from all the hustle and bustle of the city. And the best part? It's located on a quiet street so we didn't have to deal with any noise. The staff were amazing too - they were all so nice and chill. We got there a bit too early and wanted to drop off our luggage before the room was ready. But instead of turning us away, they actually apologized for not having the room ready yet (even though we didn't expect it to be) and even offered us an upgrade! Can you believe it? We felt so welcomed and taken care of. All in all, if you're looking for a chill, relaxing hotel with great service and a clean, well-equipped room, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it!

A low story hotel on a quiet street. There are not too many rooms, so it has a very relaxed feel. There is a pool at the front of the hotel & sun loungers to relax. My room was very spacious & the bed comfortable. The bathroom & shower was a good size too. The room was nice & bright with large windows. The room also has a balcony, which overlooks a (Paddy Field & large temple) This was such a added bonus, as this was so serene. Watching people tending to their crops & listening to prayers from the temple. My room was very clean. The hosts were very helpful & friendly. I was supposed to stay for 4 nights, but because I enjoyed the hotel & the nearby area, I booked a extra night. I would highly recommend this hotel & would definitely stay there again. It is close to the Old town. It is a 12 minute walk.

Everything was perfect! I can’t praise the staff enough, they were so friendly and accommodating. They organised a taxi from the airport and our flight was delayed by several hours and there was no problems. They upgraded our rooms so we could be on the same floor as our friends. They organised bike rental for us. We were also able to use the pedal bikes the hotel had free of charge. The breakfast every morning was 10/10. I really couldn’t recommend this hotel more. The staff go above and beyond. The rooms were beautiful, big and always spotlessly clean.

Absolutely nothing!!

The staff were eager to help. We asked if one of the bikes had a child seat, but unfortunately no. The next day they went and bought one, specifically for us! Really kind! The rooms were big and reasonably comfortable.

When we had the room on the ground floor, we came back in the afternoon and found the door to be unlocked and open for anyone to come in. The owner said the housekeeper forgot to close it. As if that was all just fine, and he couldn't imagine why that would upset us! We were later moved to a room upstairs, which closes with a key card automatically so it was no longer an issue

Really nice clean room and comfortable bed. Pool was great with comfy sun beds. Friendly staff and good additional facilities such as a reliable laundry service and free bicycles.

Location quite awkward to find for grabs. Small issues: Bottled water was in the fridge upon arrival so we assumed this was complimentary, the water was also restocked daily with no mention of cost. However, upon check out we were informed that there was a 10k VND charge per bottle and so were billed for all water used. I would also not recommend booking the basket boat tour in bamboo village, it consists solely of 30 minutes of slow crab fishing so was extremely overpriced at 500k VND for 2 people.

Room was nice and spacious and we received daily housekeeping. The bathroom and shower were nice although there was one evening we couldn’t get hot water. The rest of the time we had hot showers though. The host was lovely although a bit difficult to communicate with due to language barrier. The location is about a 20 minute walk from Old Town but we came to enjoy the walk. Grab car is also easily available if needed!

The host is exceptional, most welcoming and helpful, with a beautiful family. The villa consists of rooms all with balconies, that were clean, tidy and modern. The villa offered an outdoor pool with sun loungers and there were drinks available to be purchased to. As we were headed to Da Nang after with a tour, we had issues transporting luggage up, however the owner was most kind to drive and deliver our luggage for a reasonable price.

The location is about a 12/15 min walk to the centre where attractions, restaurants and bars are. However, the owner did offer us bikes, we did decide to get a Grab which was about £1.

We loved this owner run villa, enough away from the crazy tourist area of Hoi An. The room was perfect for our needs, quite a large size with a small balcony overlooking the rice field at the back. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and well maintained. As it was hot at the time of our stay we used the pool many times. The owner and staff were very helpful with anything we needed including organizing a scooter. Close to local eateries and minimart. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory with fresh squeezed OJ. Would definitely stay again.
