As would be expected of a Novotel hotel, this resort is stunning in every aspect, the rooms, pool and facilities are world class. Buffet breakfast has a huge selection of western and eastern cuisines. Very friendly staff and amazing views and location.

The wealthy locals from Saigon and Hanoi fly to holiday here, its common in most Asian cultures to not have western manners, politeness or common courtesy so patience is required. The resort is very far away from the main town and dining options outside the resort is limited, allow for Grab taxi costs into your stay.

Had an enjoyable stay at the Novotel. Comfortable stay & good service though English speaking staff are a few only. The beach fronting the resort was littered with rubbish which was sad. Weather was not the best- very windy & rainy but we made the most of it.

Excellent staff, ready to help at any moment. New rooms and the interior of the hotel. Two swimming pools, a gym and a sauna are just on top. There is also a children's room with a bunch of toys.bicycles for walking. Private beach with kayaks and the rest. The breakfasts were very tasty, lots of dishes for every taste. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You won't find it better on Phu Quoc for this price

The bungalow with garden view is really comfortable with good privacy. The service here is tip top, from the front desk staff(Trang) shuttle service( guy with spec ), room service staff, pool side bar waiters & guards, all serving with a genuine smile. The lotus garden is amazing, the beach, the sand, the sunset is pristine! The stay is pure indulgence! Traveler’s Tip: 1. There’s also a convenience store VyVy opposite the property selling sunscreen, basic medication, mineral water and laundry services. 2. There’s a beach side massage to the left of the beach, in front of the hotel beside Novotel. Good value for money.

- The beach was very nice and clean, it was absolutely worth coming here just for this! - We also liked their garden. It was beautifully maintained, it overall creates cozy and private vibe. - The resort was generally very quiet, unlike some other resorts in the island. It was quite good fit for us as we are not really into parties. - There are a few local restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so we didn't need to have all meals at the resort (they are much cheaper than the hotel, but quite expensive in the Vietnamese standard) - Tennis court and ping-pong table are free to use!

- Not all staff at this hotel speak good English. We found it a bit difficult to order things in bars and restaurants. The therapist I had at the Spa didn't speak English either. It can become quite tricky if you have special requests. - Breakfast could be better, especially pastries were a bit disappointing. - The hotel didn't accept NFC payment's

We had an incredible experience at Novotel in Phu Quoc! The resort is impeccably maintained, and the ocean view from our room was absolutely stunning. Every moment there was delightful. We spent our days lounging by the pools and enjoying afternoon swims at the private beach, where the ocean water was warm and the heat was milder. Food and drinks were readily available at all outdoor locations, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our family's comfort. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of local and Western cuisines, with something new to try every day during our four-night stay. The illuminated tennis courts provided a fantastic opportunity for evening matches before dinner, although booking in advance is advisable. Just across the street from the resort is the clean and spacious Sonasea night market, offering fresher seafood options and a more pleasant ambiance compared to the main night market with its pushy vendors. Special thanks to Nhu from the front office for her meticulous attention to detail, personable demeanor, and pleasant hospitality!

Everything super nice. The pool bar at sunset, the room spacious and clean, breakfast with lots of choices. The beach is clean, golden sand and big with a lots of beach beds. The GM Oreste is the best Manager i have ever met, caring about your satisfaction and making your staying remarkable. The new year party was great, with delicious food and lots of gun! Just out of hotel you can find a small street with a lot of restaurant making fresh seafood bbq very cheap and delicious. We’ll be back.

noisy customers (mainly kids). you should put family with kid in an isolated area together with other customers with kids or enforce their activities. it’s not a resort with room doors open and kids running around.

A high standard hotel. The staff speaks good English. Breakfasts were rich and tasty. The hotel and gardens are well maintained, everything looked spotless. Each second day there is live music in the evening with happy hour cocktails of very good quality. During blackouts the generator starts within seconds, so you may even not notice any problem.

Unstable Wi-Fi. Necessity to fill in the form each time you take a beach towel. In addition, Eastern European and Russian tourists who block sunbeds with towels early in the morning, but come after late breakfast. In the room: almost no space to store your bags and clothes. The area outside the hotel is the biggest con - in the middle of nowhere. There is a fake night market with few restaurants, but there are no people, just a ghost village.
