Breakfast met our expectations at 3-star rate. We were mostly rate because of the early closure at 10:00 hours on a holiday or Sunday! The room was wonderful: clean, comfortable and spacious. the bathroom was well maintained. Dinner went well. Lunch was the downside of things as my wife got acute poisoning and suffered severe diarrhea. I almost had to drive her to hospital. Whatever it was, it was picked up in the hotel because we never ventured to eat out at all.

The Lunch on Sunday was the problem. Whatever the case, the hotel needs to look into it.

This hotel is wonderful. Its pools and ambiance were so good. The bar was a relaxing place to have an odd beer or six!!!! The Dining area was a pleasure and the staff there was so friendly. All the staff were friendly as well, the reception people, the cleaning staff as well as the maintenance folk. They all had a smile for you and a few nice words. Our room was very nice and well looked after, and the laundry service was excellent I don’t want to stay there again, I want to live there!!! The very best hotel we have ever stayed at

What didn't we like? I could not say, it was all so good

Breakfast spread was great and delicious. The service was amazing and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved the bar area as well as the range of beverages.

The room still had the fresh paint smell, must admit we opted not to change it because we loved its location and view. However everyday around 7 am in the morning what sounded like a fire alarm would go off twice, interrupting our sleep. Additionally whilst the new bathrooms are nice, the tiles on the shower floor are very slippery ( lawsuit waiting to happen)

It was planned short stay during long weekend & after hectic/busy schedule at workplace / home Secondly wanted to enjoy Livingstone, water fall once again at different time period than earlier multiple visit & just to get relaxed & to recharge ourself mentally.

Nothing to mentioned at this time since not much focused on other physical things. And were not there with certain mindset & other expectorations/requirements like food, ambiance etc. Basically wanted to be close with nature/water & to feel them from inside instead of taking clips / shots through devices this time.

It's a beautiful hotel, with a comfortable pool area and nice restaurant. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are really spacious and the bed could not have been more comfortable!

The rooms aren't soundproof, so you can hear everything going on in the corridors. It's a bit disruptive.

absolutely everything. from our airport pickup to airport drop off. when we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with happiness, politeness,professionalism. From the delightful reception staff, waiters, chefs,cleaning ladies and our fantastic events arrangers. Just everyone. Rooms were comfortable clean. Food was outstanding. This hotel has a high standard and for us it showed all the time of our fabulous stay. Nothing was too much bother. Thank you.

Breakfast was well prepared and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful no matter the request. The muffins were very tasty and fresh fruits were served every day. When I was late for my pick up, the staff would pack breakfast for me and that was extremely helpful.

I liked everything. If I say I did not like something, I would be lying to you and to myself.

The service we received when we checked in, was fantastic! The lady was friendly, supportive, and very helpful and considerate.

At the restaurant, they did not have the bottle of red wine we wanted to order. We asked if we could bring in our own wine, and they charged us K170 for corkage - that is alot! Also, the shower in the room was small, with a flimsy shower curtain, which kept on attacking me whilst showering

The breakfast was good and the staff in the restaurant were very alert and attentive. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The check in experience was great as well and quick.

Christmas lunch could have been better. It was not well thought out, this is supposed to be a special meal with a wide variety of choices. I think more effort can be put in next time.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming with a special mention to Mr Mapoma who is absolutely delightful, service with a smile.

Liked the surrounding, the greenery and the fish pond. The facilities are very clean.
