We stayed 4 nights and loved the place. A very nice room surrounded by gardens and a lovely swimming pool - an oasis of calm. Ollie at reception organised our entire stay for us fantastically, even arranging a one-day car rental at the last minute for us, and was always ready to answer our many questions and sort things out. The lodge is quite a walk from the town centre but there is a minibus shuttle service at a reasonable price.

Good value for money, friendly staff and good location. There is a shared kitchen, which is good as it meant we could start the day with some breakfast. The driver (sadly I forgot his name) was really sweet and very professional. Loved the water initiative being done in Vic Falls to reduce plastic use and waste. You pay $5 for 30 water refills, which you can access in town and in most restaurants and cafes. We bought the token at the lodge. The experience in Victoria Falls was magnificent, to experience the falls and see wildlife as you casually walk into town or while you have coffee in a cafe. We also booked a safari to Botswana through the lodge. if you require a visa into Zimbabwe and want to do a day trip to Zambia or Botswana from Victoria Falls, best to apply for a KAZA visa. It will save you money. It’s a multi entry one month visa allowing you entrance to Zambia and Botswana and back into Zimbabwe.

The lodge is charming in appearance and well laid-out. Each bed has its own mosquito net (very necessary!) and there is a pool, as well as availability of various spa treatments, The wi-fi cab be patchy, but is generally reliable and the kitchen is well-equipped. A good breakfast is available, although availability of other meals is dependent on numbers booking - if food is not available, the lodge can arrange food deliveries.
The lodge has only one key per dormitory and the doors are open most of the time, which doesn't help with mosquito numbers! When I arrived, there was no power point in the dormitory and I was told that I would need to use those in the kitchen, however after another guest arrived, an extension lead (with sockets for European and African plugs) appeared. Toilets and showers require leaving the dormitory and going outside, which means being exposed to mosquitoes in the hours of darkness. The lodge is a fair distance from the town and falls, but still walkable (just under an hour to VF Bridge). Availability of meals is not guaranteed.

Wide choice of private and shared rooms with clean fully equipped kitchen, dinner on offer, jungle environment with pool, lounge and viewpoint and many activities on offer. It's close to Zambezi National Park, which makes night encounters with elephants and other wildlife in front of the gate quite common.
We had many mosquitos at night, even in our room due to the open wood structure of the roofs. Even our mosquito net didn't keep out all of them the last night. The lodge is a little far from the center, the closest supermarket and pub are a 20-minute walk away.

really cute, exceeded expectations. comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff and great value for money. the room was small but comfortable, pool was great good facilities kitchen etc although we didn't use them
bathroom door privacy-was a see thru curtain-was not a problem for us unfortunately there was a mess up with a trip booking for us to go to the devils pool, it meant that we missed the opportunity to do this trip while we were there which was very disappointing since I had been trying to book it for 4 months prior to the stay.

This is such a calm place. The pool is refreshing. The kitchen is well stocked. There’s so many places here that you can just relax. A great place to mingle with other travelers which makes this place an overall 10. I totally agree with the idea of buying one water bottle for $10 and being able to refill., It also makes it economical. The staff here is so willing to help organize your taxis and your excursions.
The only thing that I found that I can find fault with are the sheets for the beds. It would be nice if they were fitted on the bottom.

We stayed in a twin room with a shared bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable with mosquito nets to keep insects out. The staff was very friendly and assisted us in all we would need, like booking taxis and recommending activities. Their ecodrop water bottle initiative is also a great cost-effective idea for the hot weather of Vic Falls Town. It costs 10$ for a bottle, which you can refill with cold water at various stations across town. It is quite a long walk to the center of town, but it's in a lovely, quiet part of town.
Some of the other guests got a bit loud sometimes.

Cabin we stayed in was comfortable and quaint. Gardens are lovely - its a little oasis. Shared kitchen is OK - enough pans plates cups etc... Hosts are helpful and its a fairly friendly place. Walkable to the falls but its a bit of a slog in the heat in peak season. Great to walk to the local coffee caravan and 20 mins to a supermarket. Loved our stay. Would stay there again.
the pool kept going green and smelt sour so we didn't use it at all. The owner explained that they had been having some challenges recently, so it may just be a temporary issue.

The pool was super nice to cool down from the heat, the staff was friendly and helpful when we wanted to book activities/ find a driver/ etc. & the living room area with provided board games, dart and a TV is fun as well.
the beds are a little uncomfortable and the mosquito net didn’t cover my bed all the way down to the bottom so mosquitoes still came through furthermore the kitchen could be cleaner, but it was still fine to cook and eat there - nothing too bad
