If you want to relax it’s good to stay this hotel there’s seafood restaurant the view is so nice stuff is friendly and food is delicious

House keeping didn’t change towel even we told them so every night we have to call them to get new one

The check in was bad the person who did the check in for me (Seifin ) wasn’t honest and he tried to give me a room not matching with my booking and he said that the only available but when I insist to get king size bead as my booking I got it so it’s available !!! Also he wasn’t friendly at all

Our ground floor room overlooked a lagoon giving us a wonderful view. The gardens at the hotel are beautiful and very well cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful and usually carried a smile. Breakfast was fantastic with a very wide choice of food. There were a number of different style restaurants if you choose to eat at the hotel in the evening. 'Downtown' El Gouna is just a 10-minute walk, while the Marina area is about a 45-minute walk. However, it's easy to catch a Tuk-Tuk which charge just 50EGP wherever you wish to go within the town.

The wifi was very poor (so if you need the internet, it's best to buy an Etisalat SIM card at the airport. Etisalat was better than Vodafone - I had both companies' cards). The smelly drains in the room were one of the very few downsides to the hotel.

We recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can’t praise the staff enough for their exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, Mahmoud Abd El Rahim at the reception made us feel right at home. He was not only friendly but went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, always checking in on us and ensuring that we had everything we needed, especially for my daughter. The dining experience was equally fantastic. The restaurant staff, particularly Mohamed Ahmad, was incredibly welcoming. He consistently went out of his way to assist us, making meal times enjoyable and stress-free. His attention to detail and genuine care truly made a difference during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The hospitality from Mahmoud Abd El Rahim, Mohamed Ahmad, and the rest of the team made our trip memorable. We look forward to returning!

The breakfast and dinner buffets were incredible. We literally never ate a single thing we didn't like. The lagoons and beaches were sooooo welcoming and amazing. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the beach. There were multiple pools so no matter where you stayed on the property, you were near a body of water. I also appreciated the cleanliness, size, and comfort of the room. And having a safe in-room was very useful. The nightly shows were great, upbeat, and interactive. They also have a perfectly located kids playground right by it, so adults and kids alike can enjoy their night.

I wish things on the resort weren't so damn expensive. And why are soft drinks, coffee and tea not included in our half board inclusive option??? It cost me 50LE for a large bottle of water during the night show. A small scoop of ice cream was 45LE. So was a can of soda (which costs 6LE at a grocery store down town). I also didn't like how irregular the golf cart was during the busy time (like dinner). We had elderly people in our group staying in cluster 7 (a 10 min walk to the buffet) and one night they had to wait 15 mins just for it to arrive.

Staff at the property made our stay beautiful! Everything was fantastic and clean. Service was exceptional. Food at the buffet was super tasty with tons of variety! Hisham at the reception was super friendly and made everything easy for us! He helped us find everything we need and helped us have an amazing stay. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was exceptional. 100% would recommend for families, couples or even just group of friends. What a beautiful property and you are lucky to have this staff making the guest feeling welcomed every second of the stay.

Traveled with family and a group of friends. Had a very nice experience at the hotel. The rooms were very big with large balconies facing lagoons and Red Sea. Amazing! The open buffet was exceptional! The variety of cuisines and dessert was impressive. It’s not like any all inclusive or half board you’ve ever seen. The F&B manager was there every breakfast and dinner. Compliments !

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are top-notch. The staff is very friendly (except one guy at the reception). There is some nice terrain around the hotel and the beaches are lovely. The hotel is close enough to downtown Gouna that you can walk there.

The breakfast was bad and the place is big with the sections having the same design, so it's easy to get lost if your room is far from the reception. The hotel is quiet during the off season.

everything in this hotel is splendid, beach, view, location, food taste and variety, quiet, landscape ................ staff at restaurant especially Mr. Michel and Miss Zeinab were very polite and very professional. we hope (me and my wife) to repeat this accommodation again and meet the same persons (in Challa), but I recommend the hotel management to be care with the night parties and shows also the reception staff need more experience.

Some of the restaurant waiters staff &, receptionist are discriminating between Egyptians and non Egyptians ! Which is not acceptable in 5 stars hotel like this which is relatively having high prices vs other hotels in hurghada. I have travelled lots of world countries and usually local people having more respect and priority vs foreigners except in some places in Egypt and unfortunately this case is very clear example of that
