The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. I enjoyed having a coffee machine in the room and the 2 complimentary coffees and bottle of water. Also the snacks available to purchase 24 hours a day is a great option for those who need a late night snack. The airport shuttle is another fantastic idea and having English speaking staff is great and very helpful.

There was not anything I didn't like but suggestions for a personal preference to make a stay even better would be: 1) Some salad veggies for breakfast for those on vegetarian diets, lettuce cucumbers, peppers. 2) A scale, to weigh bags before heading off to the airport.

The SPA was a big differentiator in my stay. I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claudia and she went above and beyond in taking the best care of me with a massage, acupuncture, and electrotherapy treatment that made me feel so refreshed after an intense work trip. She is AMAZING and I already scheduled my next stay at the Hampton Guarulhos based on my experience with her alone. The prices were extremely reasonable and she was super flexible with scheduling and had a consultative, knowledgeable approach.. there was a zen atmosphere int he spa room that was extremely calming. The food from the restaurant was also very tasty, with some great vegan options, and a very attentive staff. The free shuttle to the airport was also extremely convenient.

The advertised baggage storage services gave me some trouble since it was outsourced via a third party. Would have loved to have a purified water fill up station for water bottles, as they only had a small flavored water dispenser that was lovely but not big enough to fill up my big water bottles. I had to purchase smaller ones from the front desk... would have loved to be able to recycle them, too, but they did not have this option. It would be much more environmentally friendly if they made water fillups more accessible.

I don't know if the hotel is new, but it seems to be. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is attentive, and one of the guys at the bar is very friendly and attentive. The room is clean, and the bathroom is nice with a good shower. The breakfast is great, with a lot of variety. The hotel has a restaurant. We had dinner the first night, which was also great, with a lot of variety (buffet style). They have a shuttle from and to the airport as well. If I need to spend the night in Guarulhos before or after my trip, I will stay at this hotel again.

Starting at the beginning, an early arrival at the airport, so contacted the hotel via the Booking app to inform them that I was at the airport, either the shuttle was sent or informed,I was there so only waited a short while. I arrived at the hotel 7 hours before the check in time, requested an early check in, which was forth coming when clean. Facillities were ideal for my requirements, comfortable room, good sized bed and bathroom. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food plus fruit, a range of fruit juices available every morning. The evening buffet again had a good selection of dishes and a number of deserts, there is also a snack menu, room service menu and restaurant menu.

Storage space was limited, plenty of hanging space but probably designed for short overnight stays, not a weeks stay. Limited options in the shop beside reception for snacks and drinks, only sold small bottles of water (510 ml) and no facilities close by to shop for extras.

This is a good airport hotel and has everything one needs if that is why you are here. The room was neat and tidy and the shower got hot almost instantly and there was always hot water. The breakfast is very good. The shuttle worked well...it arrived and departed on time.

The wireless is really slow and sometimes dropped out...this was annoying. The hotel is almost under the flight part of one of the runways so you do hear flight, but earplugs solve that. The location is poor if you want to go somewhere for a few hours...but is is an airport hotel.

Convenient location with shuttle bus. Friendly staff, both driver and reception staff.

The confusing instruction about the shuttle bus. It said the shuttle can be found at the beginning of the 3rd walkway for Terminal 3. For their "begining", it means the beginning for the driver. So when stepping out from the exit, you'll have to go to your left for the bus (for me, it is the end of the walkway). The instruction on their official website also mixed up the instruction for Terminals 2 and 3.

Clean room with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet. Conveniently located near the airport with a free transport shuttle. Friendly staff.

We tried the dinner buffet and the food was mediocre; many options but the quality wasn't that good and some dishes tasted like they had been sitting there forever or reheated from yesterday. The hotel is very close to a busy street so expect some traffic noise at night.

Lovely clean and spacious room. The shower was very hot and powerful with nice smelling soap. Free speedy shuttle to and from airport. Free breakfast with a lot of options. Sandwiches from the bar menu were delicious.

Slow service when ordering at the bar. Messaging the hilton on booking.com and google is useless, our question about our check-in was only answered after we'd checked out and didn't actually answer our question. Responses on message and reviews are irrelevant and automated.

The breakfast was fantastic. I was on the way to Santiago and that's why stayed only 1 night. Hotel is very near to the airport, which was very good for me. And shuttles are often enough to and from airport. So, hotel is very good for stopovers.

Actually it is not "I didn't like"i maybe an observation. I stayed in a room, which had been designed for disabled persons. Almost everything was OK for disabled persons and for me too, but the sink was very small and it wasn't suitable for no one. I don't know, if there is a standard for this, but this was so.

The free shuttle service, which was very punctual, was totally worth staying there. The breakfast buffet, which is included in the fee, was really good, with a great variety of items. The 24-hour bar was an addes bonus!

The room was a bit small for my taste, and the air conditioner kept pointing the airflow directly to the bed (something I don't like, but that's just me).
