The hotel is being renovated. although the common areas still need work, the rooms are new with excellent facilities (including air conditioning!) The breakfast was the best we had during our trip around South America with good variety of hot dishes that changed every day. The location is great, it’s right on the edge of Getsemani and equal walking distance to Getsemani and the Centro Historico. The staff helped us to store our luggage after check out. We couldn’t have asked for more!

The hotel is located close to Getsemani which means that at night it’s not quiet. If you are a light sleeper you may want to explore other locations.

The property was close to the old town and tourist areas. The rate was cheap and we stayed over Christmas. Breakfast was very good. The room was newly renovated and modern. The shower had hot water. No issues with the room.

We didn't know that we had to pay upfront all at one time. We ended up paying one time. Be ready to pay with a credit or debit card or Colombian Pesos as soon as you arrive at the hotel to avoid issues.

The staff, is friendly and ready to assist you with any question, or concerns. Norberto, the chef is very sweet and very thoughtful. The rooms are comfortable with all of the comfort. The location of the hotel is very convenient; everything is just steps from it. Good hotel.

Because it is located in downtown, ibesides, is a renovation project going on; iy is noisy and busy. But after 7:00 pm is better.

Breakfast was good, some variations offered everyday. The Location was key for us, a new meters to the main attractions.

Some maintenance were done during our stay specially related to elevador, so we have to use the stars instead. We choose the hotel because we wanted to make sure that the hotel have elevador because I was traveling with elderly.

Great location! Lovely staff. Can use pool at sister hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast every morning. They even let us have breakfast and check in early on our day of arrival, much appreciated after a long journey.

Staff, excellent rooms, hot water, location, location and very safe neighborhood.

A little bit noisy outside in the mornings due to the taxis lined up but not bad.

Great hystorical hotel. Close to city center, port, shopping,ecc. The receptionists were very polite and helpful, also the people at the breakfast time and other workers. Great breakfast buffet , very various. Hope to come back there.

The room is great, aircon, wifi and TV worked well. Even has hot water in the shower (which, on the coast, is not to be taken for granted). Breakfast is buffet and was great, reception people were lovely. A short walk from the old town. Decent price, too.

I love the location and how we did not had to use taxis because everything was at walking distance.

The hotel is soooooo out dated. A little remodeling would not hurt rooms are so simple missing a lot of the basic things
