Location was perfect. Super clean and tidy, and the rooftop was great. Rooms felt cool despite the heat. And the building itself was beautiful.

Not the most social hostel. Despite the rooftop bar being quite cool it never seemed busy? I also didn’t appreciate the lack of quiet hours: one night a group of boys came into the dorm and turned all the lights on at half one in the morning, and were laughing and shouting for ages. As a solo female traveler I didn’t feel comfortable asking them to be quiet. I appreciate late nights are a thing! And I often go out myself but for those needing to catch early flights or get up early this wasn’t great.

Nice space provided for the bed. Comfortable bed. Clean. Lovely decoration of the hostel. wifi is decent. Nice équipement for the bed (drying rack, 2 lamps, electric outlets, safe). Hot water and good water pressure appreciated 👍🏻

The clogged drain is hard to ignore because it makes the whole bathroom floor totally soaked. I don't understand why this issue is not addressed. Impossible to ignore by cleaning staff. Other guest had to use paper towels to try to keep the feet dry. The automatic movement sensored light that open even at night for the whole room, not necessary after 10pm...

The pool was great and clean, perfect for cooling down during the hot hours of the day. The cube concept for the dorm beds was comfortable as it was an 18 bed dorm, so it made it feel more private. The AC in the dorms was fab. The staff are friendly and answered any queries we had.

The kitchen is not well equipped. One knife, pans that can't stand straight on the stove, no chopping board.. a quick fix really! Also the dorm we had had no lock for main door while all the other rooms did, was a bit uncomfortable at the start especially since the restaurant and top floor are open to the general public.

It's a good location and the staff are friendly. It's also comfortable. Good beds for a hostel and bathrooms are clean and easy to use.

The lockers are cheap cheap .. if someone wanted your stuff, it would be super easy to get it. This wasn't a problem, but it's more of a comment. Breakfast is small it's basically an egg and juice and not buffet or anything like that. The facilities are nice but not as nice as photos.

The location in El Centro is amazing. The atmosphere is casual and cool, even in Cartagena's heat. The little pool is refreshing after a day of sightseeing. Our private room with a bathroom on the 3rd floor was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast downstairs in the morning was delicious. The staff was wonderful, especially Marcela (Marce), who received us when we arrived. The rooftop bar is awesome for hanging out and having a cold drink. Thank you!

There were a few cucarachas on the floor that we swept out when we arrived. The air conditioning stayed freezing, even when we turned it down - which isn't too bad if you like to sleep cold. If you bring a lot of bags, be prepared to carry them as there are only stairs.

Clean. Have privacy with this pod type of bed. They have co-working space, wifi works perfectly

Kitchen could be better. Stove was not strong enough, needed 30mins to make just boiling water. And my food got stolen twice from the fridge. I liked their co-working space but there were a lot of mosquitoes and too noisy with musics and restaurant staffs(that space is also for staffs too) so but hard to had video chat No soap, hair dryer, seasonings except salt, and towel is additional charge Dorm has air conditioning which works well but they turns off during the day Idk why but only the dorm at the next to the stairs doesn’t have room key(the other dorms has), and people are visiting randomly for the rooftop bar, I don’t think that’s the best for security

What can I say?! Absolutely stunning building with so much character! The roof terrace was fabulous at night with great views of the city. The kitchen is handy and there is a pool, which I didn't use- but what a lovely feature. The rooms were spacious and well equipped and well thought out for a traveller (I stayed in two different dormitories). Nice hot showers and stylish bathrooms. The pizza restaurant downstairs is yummy and the breakfast is also fabulous! Would highly recommend staying here!

The dormitories smelt a bit damp, I think that is due to the showers being hot and no window ventilation.

The friendliest Staff Ever !! Extremely Attentive and respectful and responsible .. I’ve misplaced different items and it were returned to me or left at the front desk because they knew it was me .. I’ve been staying here long term transitioning my life to Columbia and they’ve made a very good experience

Nothing that I could say that I didn’t like all was really good that’s why I’ve extended my stay several times

The property is beautifully decorated. I really enjoyed the colors and the pool and everything! The bunkbeds are also very comfortable and everything is very well designed. I also enjoyed that they had a rooftop bar that had music at night and they had also an Italian restaurant in the first floor.

I know this is not really their fault, but the street can be a little bit sketchy at night. Also, for some reason in the room 201, they don’t have a lock to the room and the bathroom floors get very very wet.

Great location in the historical centre of Cartagena. The dorm beds are great, big pod style beds with lights, plug sockets and a curtain to close over. Rooms have AC through the night and a fan during the day. There is also a great little pool which is perfect to cool down in after exploring the city throughout the day.

The only downside was it was quite noisy at night. I’m not sure if all rooms would be like this, however my dorm was backed onto the main street and of course noise can be expected with the night life from Cartagena.
