I came to Charlotte for a wedding. We had a rental car and I was happy that there was a option to use the garage free of charge. The strip with a variety of restaurants was great! Easy access to the mall, walmart and fast food restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating.

The only minor issue was the area rug. I'm not sure if it was cleaned and still wet but my fiancé socks turned brown after walking on rug. The water from the shower got on the floor with the shower door closed.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in all areas! We were greeted with a smile and conversation, everyone was so friendly! The hotel is beautiful and attention is paid to every detail-glasses chilling in the fridge! Extra towels! So quiet! I will definitely be a repeat guest! And the front desk was more than happy to entertain my question about the #4!!

If I had to pick something… well, I can’t. Maybe water pressure in the amazing shower?

The environment and the atmosphere was excellent. Everyone was nice and everyone made us feel welcome. The staff was nice and respectful, cleanliness was on point and you can tell they treat their guest with respect.

The only thing I was disappointed in is that I booked a king size bed. We arrived to our room and it was a queen size bed.

The hotel was very affordable. We thought we got good value for the hotel room. The facility was clean and we had a great view from the 7th floor.

We asked for our room to be serviced. We were assured it would be taken care of by the time we returned. After being gone for several hours, the room was not serviced. When we asked when would it be serviced, the front attendant responded, "So you want it done right now?" To which we replied, we were told it would be complete before we returned from a day in the town....

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Very modern and clean. Was very easy checking in and out.

Wasn't quite sure where the entrance was to the front desk. We parked in the garage. I think maybe a sign on the building facing the garage stating where to go for checking in would be helpful. Our toilet was not flushing well when we got in the room, we didn't know if we were using the push button on the tank correctly, but by morning it wasn't flushing at all. I reported it to the front desk when we checked out.

Very clean, I loved the design of the entire hotel. Centrally located. (Plenty of restaurants across the street) Beautiful rooftop Asian restaurant ( I was only in town for one night. Didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant.)

I would have liked for the room to have a mirror in it ( there was only the bathroom mirror)

Very modern, very clean, very nice looking inside the building from the rooms to the lobby.

No microwave in the room was my biggest disappointment other than that not pool but that’s nothing serious

The location and proximity to other businesses is extremely convenient. The facility is modern, clean and the elevator was always prompt.

My room was just a little bit dusty, which caused me to be congested through the night. Other than that, I enjoyed being on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of Charlotte and the surrounding areas.

Ease of check in Desk agent was exceptional, unscripted and genuine. (There is a difference!) So pleasant after an incredibly long day of travel.

Breakfast was okay. There was a fair number of options to choose from. The fresh croissants were delicious. The property is beautifuly designed with modern touches and lovely art work.

The breakfast was a little over priced for the quality. The meats and Cheeses were left out uncovered. The cheses became bit hard and oily while the meats were hard and dry. I would have preferred breakfast meat option either in place of or in addition to the sliced meats. We also had ants our bathroom. Both living and dead. While we did receive an apology for the ants, that was all that was said about it.
