It is convenient and clean. Breakfast could be out til 10 a.m. M-S, not just on weekends, but was convenient with free wifi access, microwave, single serve coffee makes for a nice morning. Doordash knows exactly where it is too, if you want to order from local establishments.

From the time I walked in to check in to the time I left (two run-ins total), the worker at the front desk did not talk much and was impersonable. One or three word sentences and answers were given. They were not rude, just cold and unfriendly in a business that thrives off of a positive interaction with customer-facing staff. This is a minor thing overall and expect it is due to holiday work and business. Worse things have happened! Try it out,, just watch the curbs, they are high and if you park in an end spot that has curbs on the side, you may get wheel road rash.

Quiet Comfy bed and pillows Clean Shower was amazing

Smell of smoke was pungent. Yes it was a smoking room but maybe put a smell sprayer in the room or clean with smoke cleaner. Would have liked to soak in the big bath tub but no stopper. I traveled 6 hours. Would have like to soak.

Clean and staff was really nice.

The floor for some reason was freezing cold and didn’t even warm up when the heat was on. It was extremely cold, even with socks on the floor was cold. Weird, but true.

Personally I am not a huge breakfast fan, so the buffet met my expectations. Cold cereal, bagels, yogurt and hot coffee were the standouts.

Can't think of any cons.

We were there because my daughter had surgery at children's. My daughter went back by ambulance and the staff came after and made sure we were well taken care of in a time of need.

I was charged twice for early check in when I had booked the room for two days, I should have only been charged early check in for the first day.

jacuzzi room was very comfortable and clean.

Property was sorta hidden and a little dark but that’s also a good thing because it was more private.

Location was perfect. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Jacuzzi was awesome.

The room was very small & not the one I expected for the price. Very expensive.
