The best thing is location ! If you’re going to the faire - the lady who works the desk was extremely polite when I called to ask questions and also when we checked in - the room was clean and lots of pillows on the beds - sofa bed mattress was old and you could feel the springs so not comfortable at all - water in the room for really hot so have to be careful ! - they have breakfast - coffee juice cereal milk bagels muffins etc - yogurt and breakfast sandwiches and they did keep it clean and refilled - I read negative comments about elevator but it was working just fine

Tv was old but it worked and sofa bed needs new mattress-

The price of the room was good and the location was a great walking distance to the Ren Faire. The room is very spacious.

There weren't a lot of selections for breakfast in the morning and the neighbors above us were very loud. Checking into the hotel, we wanted to use their public restroom but both were temporarily out of service and told us to use a used room which was in the process of being cleaned. I would say they should at least clean the room and bathroom if offered to the public temporarily.

It was clean,well maintained. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Very close pur destination. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was beautiful!

I have no criticism. Everything I personally care about was well satisfied. Im a tent camper though so a hotel was luxury for me. Lol

The bed was very comfortable and I slept great. I am pleased with my stay and would stay again if available and I would recommend this property. I liked the simplicity of this property.

I cant think of anything right off hand that I didnt like.

My room was on the ground floor and the darkening blinds don't close completely, so if you want privacy......

Location was excellent to our event. Hotel was clean.

Our room was near the elevator and we heard the “Ding” every time the elevator opened throughout the night. Breakfast was a little sparse.

There was an issue with my booking that was 100% my fault. The woman behind the counter fixed everything and made sure to make me know that everything was okay. She was so kind and I really appreciated everything she did.

Proximity to rennaisance faire. Room was a nice sized space. Staff was helpful.

Not enough parking. pool was out of order.

I liked the quietness of this place and the location. Nice hotel with not many guests, fast check in.

Easy to get to from the Turnpike. The room was nice. Close to Hershey Park.

Said that breakfast was included. We expected something a little nicer than microwaved breakfast sandwiches. But now we know what to expect next time.
