Restaurant Naked Taco was great we ate ther for lunch and dinner. Staff was amazing! They have great room service you don’t need to go to front desk just call. The rooftop bar and pool was nice beds weee comfy. It was in a good location close to ocean drive and most popular attractions

They have a rooftop bar called high bar and they are known for rooftop parties with live DJ there were non on days I was there and I felt that was a bummer because that’s half the reason I booked here.

Great location and the building is awesome with a great roof bar area and pool. The bed very comfortable and staff really friendly. AC very good. rooms and lobby very clean and well decorated. Lots of great places right on their doorstep.

Daily smell of cannabis in the corridor on our floor. Poor lighting in the bathroom and an odd glass wall to the shower and toilet which wasn’t for me. The corridor light is on all night and shines brightly through the gap between door and frame, illuminating the room. I struggled sleeping because of this. Lack of any coffee facilities in the top end rooms and a fridge had to be requested which isn’t to the standard I’d expect given the price and private lounge area on the roof.

Incredibly beautiful stylish and luxurious. Deco style room like a movie set. The roof top pool was lovely. But…….

No kettle in room to make a cup of tea. Not even a welcome bottle of water. This is apparently common in Miami Beach hotels. Does not feel welcoming particularly after a long flight and 2 & 1/2 hours queuing to get through Miami International Immigration. The room although beautiful had very little light from outside, it was very dark. But this maybe a good thing in the hottest part of the year after being all day in the sun. There was often a very strong smell of cannabis in the hallway outside our room. Not pleasant and very nauseating.

The convenience of access to the beach, including the complimentary 2 beach chairs was very nice. The rooftop pool was beautiful and comfortable with great service from everyone. The location, location, location making it easy to walk to everything. One of our excursions even picked us up from our hotel. The on-site restaurant Naked Taco is a absolute must try. Last but not least, the staff was great! Always professional, polite, willing to answer all questions I had with excitement.

Although our room was cute, cozy, clean and comfortable, it was right over top of the restaurant and facing 11th street. Between the music from the restaurant, street noise like I've never heard in my life, it made for a restless night all the way through 5:00am, every single night. The young lady who put us in the room said she had the perfect room for us. I honestly don't know what she was thinking. That part was a nightmare. We got maybe 4 hours of sleep each night. We should have been placed on the opposite side of the building, facing the court yard.

Gorgeous hotel right in the middle of the Art Deco district with a fab roof top pool and pool area. Bedroom was super clean, very modern and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Beach was literally a few minutes walk away and everything was very accessible from the location.

The music on the roof top bar level was very loud all day and most of the night - while I loved their choice of music, you could still hear the 'thump thump' of the music at all hours, even 2 floors down. Wasn't keen on the 'taco bar' that apparently was where you were supposed to have breakfast. Seemed a bit tacky and not at all in keeping with the rest of the hotel. For us, this was a massive let down. Had it been a regular bar / breakfast area, we would definitely have spent more time (and money!) there.

The property was in a great location, was clean, and the staff were so kind and helpful throughout my stay

The room itself was not my favorite. The lighting was very dim I could not even do my makeup in the morning because it was so dark. Also the bed was uncomfortable and the blinds didn’t close all the way down so the lights from the building next door shined right into the bed at night making it difficult to sleep. I also thought $45 for valet was ridiculous.

The hotel is well located, near beach, restaurants, clubs, shopping. Personnel very friendly, polite and professional, especially Justin at the pool who went above and beyond accommodating us with clean towels and fresh cups of water, Franco the porter who was always very informative and Mr. Juan Carlos who helped us with the car rental and tips regarding interesting places to visit.

Having a rooftop pool/bar and a whole restaurant with awesome food all right by your room was awesome. Being right in the action of South Beach is always a bonus. We come to Miami often and this is my second time staying here. We will definitely be back! Nathalie the bartender is a major highlight of why I came back, she’s an amazing bartender and always takes such good care of us. She was the main reason why we want to come back again

The rooms definitely lack when it comes to privacy

the location is very convenient but the staff is what brought everything over the top. The front desk and valley is welcoming when you pull up but, Justin at the rooftop pool made the trip. He was welcoming and hospitable once we got there, setting us up with towels and drinks immediately. I had to work remote and, by the end of the trip, he was like a buddy in the office. if I come back it’s because of him.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a fantastic location and a stone throw from the beach with lovely friendly helpful staff. A small but beautiful rooftop pool, great bar that serves great drinks and food. It is surrounded by lovely bars, shops and restaurants.

Covid needs to stop being an excuse of standard basics. No tea / coffee making facilities, a mini fridge that could not be turned on, walls are paper thin, you can hear absolutely everything on the room next door, hardly any room for clothes, underwear or swimwear, 4 tiles missing from the bathroom floor that really should be replaced in a duplex sun suite and no privacy at all if using the toilet or shower.. even after 17 years of marriage some things still should be private..
