Great for families, enjoyed the coffee, cocoa, tea and hot water. Didn’t mind having to request for housekeeping just did so when we came down for breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pool and hubby enjoyed the hot tub. I particularly enjoyed the walking distance for the night life and downtown exploration. Beds were comfy with fluffy pillows. Clean rooms.

Breakfast wasn’t fancy but didn’t bother me, it was great for kids and on the go individuals. The elevators could use some updating. I was looking forward to the rooftop bar and grill but said they should debut their opening next spring. Hope we can come back and check that out next time.

The location was convenient to the Convention Center, parking was easy. The pool nice, and the beds super comfy. Lots of hot water for showers. A/C efficient.

The breakfast was comparatively meager--other local hotels offer more. There were really no good places to eat it, so you had to eat without a regular table. You just don't have room unless you repurpose other guest rooms. It was more what I would expect from a lesser quality motel. No ice on our floor, We fought with our keys all week, getting new ones to get in. the staff was really great, they are your best asset, however you should staff appropriately to an incoming group. One manager had to check in our whole conference in on Sunday afternoon. Lighting in room not conducive to reading or computer work, closets small and short for a bunch of women with formal clothes.

We actually picked the hotel for the pool. We wanted to be sure we could use it, as it was very hot in Wenatchee, and wanted both an indoor and an outdoor option for both the pool and the hot tub. They had BOTH! It was great, and we had so much fun! Also, the people staying there were so nice and down to earth. We had great conversations with people and enjoyed ourselves very much. Plus the pools were open till midnight and open again at 6am which was really good! The room was very nice, with a refrigerator, which was great.

I suppose the hotel elevators were less than effective (just some maintenance going on). The hotel shows it's age a little, but it was very clean. But pretty much it was all very good!

Location is great, rooms are a good size. Pool and Jacuzzis were great and a good temperature. Staff were really helpful and informative of the area. Rooms we clean and warm.

Restaurant was not open. This may be the reason for the next review comments. Breakfast was served in the lobby not really suitable to eat breakfast as you had to eat it on your knee. It was a continental breakfast which is fine but most things needed to be heated in the microwave as they were frozen. No fruit or bread on offer. Not sure if this is a thing in the US but I hate paper plates and bowls!! Plus ants all around the coffee station. Only yogart and boiled eggs for the GF guests.

Convenient for my plans. Easy check-in. Lots of pillows on the bed! Thermostat easy to control. In-room coffee maker with decent coffee and liquid creamer instead of the nasty powdered kind. Decent continental breakfast compared to the typical ones.

Honestly all was fine, no issues during my stay. The area for the continental breakfast buffet is a bit tight for moving around in and some things were out of stock but they came around to restock items pretty quickly.

We usually stay at West Coast Center Hotel when we need to spend the night in Wenatchee. Always pleasant staff, great location, and good value.

Sadly, the hotel is aging and starting to show it. Also, we are surprised the hotel only carries Western Washington and national tv channels. You would think they would carry the local channel, NCWLife. It would be good marketing for the area! and give visitors nsight to the area as well..

Location was perfect for walking around Wenatchee

Room had an unpleasant odour. Had to leave door open to help air flow. Windows do not open and ac unit was loud, noisy. Feel the smell (mold, dank, unpleasant to say the least) was from the ac unit or the carpeting. Room 536 Breakfast on Sunday was a bit of a nightmare as the hotel had been fully booked with attendees and their parents for a hockey camp. Cereal every on the floor. Spilled milk too. Only clean up happened after the breakfast closed down. Pool on Saturday afternoon was unusable due to screaming kids, running and jumping in the pool. Not saying they shouldn’t have fun but a hotel staff member should have been around at least to try and calm the situation so that other guests could use the pools and hot tubs.

Good location. Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. The price point was excellent. The room size was good. Nice lobby. The pool and spa seemed very nice and popular.

The breakfast room is too small. Needs more microwaves for use with food choices and number of guests. Stayed on a weekend, and food wasn't replenished to meet the needs of all their guests.

I very happy with the ability to be able to check in earlier. The pool was super nice, and warm. We were able to swim from the inside pool to the outside portion of the pool. The hot tub was really nice, and there were fresh towels prepared outside the pool for all guests. The hotel was really clean, and nice compared to few of the hotels I have been to for the price.

As soon as we got in to our room, it smelled weird and the sink was backing up. However, Maintenance came quickly but the issue was not resolved we had to switch rooms.

We like this hotel very much and have visited multiple times, each time in some way related to a conference. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean...everything is well kept. Good rates. Good pet policy. My favorite view is toward the river, or a high floor room on the city side.

I wish they'd reopen the restaurant, it's been closed for a long time (more than a year). This year we had a low floor room on the city side, not the best. Oh well...it's still a go-back place.
