it was away from the main road and strip malls, but closer enough to be able to get to many places !

The main desk check in and staff sitting there. did not appear they were noticing people coming in ! Usually after dark in most hotels your key is needed to enter hotel in addition to someone monitoring activity coming in . This made me feel very uncomfortable the person behind desk was seated low behind desk and hardly visible to people. entering through the front opened doors I felt as did my group that the staff was not friendly and welcoming as they sat there but maybe could not really see who was coming and going .

The Staff here were very helpful. There was a mistake in my room but the receptionist apologized and took the action right away. I need to print something and the printer at the business center did not work. The girl at the reception helped me right out. Whatever I needed, they were happy to help. They also have a beautiful front yard. Parking is plenty around the property.

They should have a big signage at the cross before turning into the property, or at least some more lights. When arriving at night, we hardly knew which way to turn into and ended up with turning into the other street that had more light. We stayed there for 3 days so we hope the breakfast menu could have been changed, at least 1-2 dishes.

Overall the hotel was really good! They accommodated my request to be on the first floor which was appreciated. Staff was nice. We will stay here next year when we’re back in town!

Breakfast could’ve been a bit better and the swimming pool was freezing so we couldn’t use it.

The parking was nice. We were able to park close to our room. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The temp of the room was comfortable.

The room were they served breakfast was small and there was not enough seating. Sometimes we had to wait to use the elevator as they only had one, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels were all very clean. The breakfast was basic but everything was very fresh.

The parking lot was very dark. I don't know if the lighting had gone out. But I didn't see any light posts either.

The staff was phenomenal. Patty was willing to help always and make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Could be a little cleaner. Had a pair of used sheets in our room that we almost put on the sofa bed and realized they were used by the smell. Honest mistake, but gross. We had a good laugh about it.

Air conditioner worked well. TV nice. The bed was good.

The room I had smelled like sweat. I used air freshener I asked for from front desk.

Nice clean comfortable room. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Wish the pool were open. Bed was a little firm. Refrigerator a little bit erratic for getting the right temperature. Could use paper towels and/or Kleenex in room.

Clean and good facilities. Microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the room. We needed extra towels and bedding for the bed settee but it wasn’t a problem as the man on reception gave them to us. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice.
