I liked that there was access to the water park without going outside in the cold. The continental breakfast was wonderful. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant when assisting us.

The casino wasn't open long enough for us to go inside. The time it was open was for less than an hour and we were there for 3 days.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Hotel was very nice. The receptionist was super helpful. Blankets could have been a little thicker and the AC decided it only knew how to operate at sub-arctic temperatures or saharan desert.

Elevator made scary noises. Left me scared that it was going to fail. The elevator on the right started to shimmy and make some loud noises when we went down to the main floor on one of the days.

The price was good. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. Check in was simple. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Pay extra for the water park. Location is in strange spot. Construction and dusty. I'm sure the the construction is done it won't be so dusty. No rain so I am sure it made it worse.

The staff was very friendly and informative. Waterpark area was very entertaining as well as the arcade. Parking lot was easily accessible and very spacious.

The pillows were half the size of a normal pillow.

The room was wonderful. I worried the facility would be noisy due to the water park, etc. but it was amazingly quiet. The pet friendly a sad levy is huge for me!

When we arrived there were some older teenagers just hanging around where we had to unpack. It just gave us an uneasy feeling.

Breakfast had variety of food choices. Beautiful lobby.

The bed closer to the TV in my room has several broken springs and sinks when you sit on it. This room is a handicapped room and people need proper support in the mattresses. The other bed was fine.

The booking.com site didn’t alert that the pool/water park wasn’t open/operable before booking, and that was literally the only reason I booked while traveling through.

otherwise all was great

we did have a generator stolen from our car Sunday the 31st between 6 & 7 AM, WE DIDNT see cameras but we did loose $400 due to no security in the parking lot

Nice location to freeway. Nice water park attached to the hotel. Also has a small casino and very friendly staff.
