gentleman at front desk was helpful with my computer access

Breakfast was very disappointing. Juice machine was "out of order," and there was no replacement for juice. Also, only bread was available--not bagels or muffins; finally frozen "pastries" were brought out when we asked if they had "run out" of food. (And this was early in the morning.) No cream cheese or hard-boiled eggs. Though cheese omelets in hot-tray were tasty.

Large rooms. Easy in/out. Central to our needs. Front staff helpful and make extra keys for my sons while I was out and could not meet the sons at the location. Much appreciated

Large number of people at breakfast with limited seating. Asked if we could use meeting room but were told no. Ate in the lobby which was doable but not ideal

Very clean and I could see the upgrades. Shower was excellent.

TV was not working at first but just a bad remote ( batteries?). Twice the card key stopped working which made it necessary to walk around the building from the pool area. Not a major issue.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Special shout out to EJ. He was the person who prepared breakfast, he was very friendly and helpful. Great personality!

The room key didn't work. We only stayed one night so it wasn't a large inconvenience.

Breakfast was good. the manager was very kind, willing to help in anything we needed. I wish some of the personal in the front desk were a little more welcoming. the room was very clean. I will go back again!

The way the person in the front desk welcomed us. I did have some issues with the las night cancellation. they charged me for three nights instead of two because I cancelled the last one but when I talked to the manager and he solve the problem

Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was good, convenient. The location was close to where we needed to be.

We received a call that said "due to overbooking, we were not going to get the king bedroom I had reserved. The desk clerk however gave us what we had reserved.

location to the area was great. Hilton head and Savannah were no more than 30 minutes.

was told we could check in at noon but upon arrival at noon after a lengthy drive, we were told it would be 3hrs. It was just an over night trip for daughters gymnastics meet Saturday so we just changed our plans for the arrival day.

Room and bed

A problem getting our room cleaned after requesting it on our third day of stay. In the room it was NOT posted that you have to give a 24-hour notice.

The rooms are really spacious and clean. Great location close to everything

The washing machine were not working. The pool is really small. Same breakfast options every morning.

Room ready on time, Bed had a great mattress and was high off the floor. Had a snack area which sold small items.

Door squeeked when opening and closing. Needed to be adjusted.
