We were able to change our room to the top floor and it was really quiet. It had a separate area for relaxing and watching TV, as well as a TV across from the beds. Slept well every night of our stay -- a near miracle for us. Breakfast was very good with nice amenities like Greek yogurt. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. The location was great, too -- close to the areas of interest to us.

Really the only thing that I would change would be to get a better coffee machine for the breakfast area. They have one where you press a button to get mild, medium, or dark coffee. Well, the kindest thing I can say is that those buttons just tell the machine how much coffee syrup to mix in with your hot water. It would be worth the investment to get one of those new machines you see in some gas stations where there are several types of whole coffee beans stored on the top and you choose from these. The beans are ground fresh when you make your selection. We highly recommend this upgrade.

This is our second time staying at this property because it’s perfect for our needs. Our room this time was even more spacious than our first go-round, with added seating that’s always appreciated when traveling with a family. We also love that breakfast is included (both hot and cold) and that there is always fresh fruit in the lobby by the elevator. I also appreciate the fact that there is coin laundry so I can wash and dry everything after a day at the beach. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The small squared pillows on the bed are an interesting choice, and not necessarily a good one. I think we complained about this last time we were here as they are just so small and flat. The wifi is okay, not great.

The breakfast was really nice and provided a lot of options. The staff was very friendly and they offered homemade punch and fresh fruit two of the days we stayed. The lobby and parking are nice and the staircase up to the second floor gives it a more homey feel. We also liked the location between Charleston and Isle of Palms.

The rooms felt damp and our clothes felt damp. Even the toilet paper. We visited in July so a lot of humidity in the air. Other family who stayed on another floor said the same thing. Not sure if there is a way to dehumidify the rooms? There was also a strong pesticide smell which made it hard to sleep the first night.

Great location and quiet. Near to lots of places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was good even though they have a nutty woman working there that kept shouting but funny to watch. Clean & comftable.

No one was at reception when we got there just a note to say they were working in another part of the hotel & to have patience. No one came for about 30mins where I went on the hunt. There were about 4 others waiting. It was the cleaners that had to go looking. When she did eventually come, no apology, just straight faced & checked us in. For the rest of the time there was a miserable male on reception. Maybe leave a number if they are going to be away in another part of the hotel or maybe get friendlier staff

For the most part, everything was great for the cost. Loved the location, clean room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. I would have appreciated a vent fan in the bathroom. The lady who prepared breakfast was a little intimidating and surly. Our room, 228, faced the road, and sometimes the motorcycles and cars got a little too loud. We enjoyed our stay and will try to stay with you again. Thank you 😊 💓.

I want to give special Thank You to the Lady Manager?(owner)? there. My Aunt made reservations the night before our arrival on the 7/20/23. When she arrived I reminded her she already had a room with me. The man at the desk said she would've had to cancel within 72 hours. In order to be refunded. How could she when the reservation had just made less that 14 hours ago. Well she asked for the Manager a VERY VERY Professional woman spoke with my aunt regarding her concern and worked it out ver professionally. The manager made it VERY obvious to see treats every guest with the same care and concern. Our Family enjoyed the hotel gathering room as well. OUR FAMILY REUNION PLANNERS PICKED A GREAT PLACE. 🌟

The only concern I didn't like was out of hotels control. They assisted us with that as well.

Location was perfect. Easy access to downtown and surrounding areas. Breakfast was decent. More cinnamon buns please. Staff friendly.

Bigger pool. There was a large group that showed up and late at night they were slamming doors. (not the hotel's fault) but they kept me awake. Coffee could be better. Other than that, clean and comfortable place to stay.

Good and quiet location for visitingCharleston in nice area. Some people mentioned a problem with available parking spaces but we had no problem even though we were there at the weekend. Convenient for visiting Boone Hall plantation Nice pool

Breakfast area was crowded and juice dispenser was broken on one morning Clothes felt damp in our room Two washing machines in laundry area took different amounts for a wash. no information on exactly how much each cost so that by mistake I jammed the machine Not a fault of the hotel but we found the free bus service in Charleston useless and unreliable. We waited an hour for a bus but none came. Walked back to car park in the end and still no bus. A local man also waiting was tracking the service on his phone and buses appeared to be on their way then disappeared. Possibly an alien abduction!

The hotel is located just off the bridge in Mount Pleasant, at Patriot’s Point, so accessing the beaches, attractions, and downtown Charleston is super easy! The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable with a phenomenal staff who truly care about the guests. Breakfast is hot and fresh each morning with a delicious variety.

The only complaint I have is that the A/C didn’t seem to be working in the main lobby and the hallways during our stay. We stayed during a pretty intense heat wave, so it would have been nice to walk into a cooler lobby on our way back to our room.
