Everything. Everything was fantastic. My 2 year old loved to pool with the ship. I didn't have to worry either. There was staff walking around the pool grounds making sure everything was going smoothly. It was just fun fun fun. There are multiple pools, a lazy river, and multiple hot tubs. One hot tub is for grown-up only and it was great.

My grandkids loved the kiddie island. They also had an AMAZING Fire and Hula show that guest could also learn to hula 🥰. The pools and jacuzzis were nice and clean as well as the room. The balcony was nice with enough space. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!!!!!

The elevators kept tearing up and I had my elderly parents and grandkids with me

The bowling was a plus a whole vibe chicken and drinks was 🔥 I didn't like the bars outside closing early I feel adults love to sip in the evening that opportunities could be a vibe with some music but over all fantastic you can literally walk anywhere from this location mini golfing 2 blocks restaurants cheaper on Kingsway up street from hooka lounges & boardwalk breakfast on 9th 10 out of 10 coming back for a family party

It is a great hotel for family and alot to do with your kids. The employees were very nice, we went bowling and the employee that was behind the bar help saw I was having a hard time with my daughter crying she is 1. We got some bad news from back home. She came from behind the bar and gave her a card to play a car game. Thank you for that because it was alot and we had to keep smile for our kids.

That I could upgrade my room because I booked with another company. Everything else was great just wanted a bigger room.

We enjoyed the friendly guy at the pool with the kids.The outdoor pools.

The lazy river was terrible.The indoor water stuff wasnt good.I think alot of this was de to construction going on.

Check in time at 4pm. I feel like check in time should be at 3pm .. Because the price and the fees have gone up over the past 4 years . Let people check in at 3 check out at 12

I liked the security level I felt very safe being a women with a baby. I also like that everything was in walking distance and I didn’t have to get in my car everything we wanted to do.

It was a little pricey and that would have been ok if we could have had room service come by and give fresh towels daily. We they rooms weren’t updated with USB ports to be able to use the chargers for phones etc…

I liked being able to go straight to the beach!

They need to get the elevators fixed. Some would work and some not so we had to use the stairs!

The rooms was so nice and clean,we really enjoyed our trip and ready to book again

Nothing about it I didn't like but the confusion with the elevators but once I find my way every thing went great, I just love it alot

The Bowling Ally was closed for renovations, That was the main reason we stayed there, so we could go bowling.
