It was okay. Could of been a little bit better. The bacon n sausage was over cooked. It would be better if the juice bar was open all day for kids just like the coffee for adults. My daughter thinks you should have Tater tots vs the potatoes.

The pool should of stayed open till.at least 9pm. The hot tub was cold both days so we were unable to use. I would of liked if checkout time was a little bit letter then 11am. Noon would be much better since your checking in at a later tine of 3pm. And the pool closed at 8pm and the hotel wasn't busy. And we weren't aware of having to make reservations to use the pool. That was new to us when we arrived. That is something that should be mentioned when making the reservations over phone.

I was very pleased that the breakfast included items that met my religious dietary needs.

Great experience! I am local and t b is was a getaway for my husband and I to get out of the house. I wasn't sure what to expect because I don't recall staying at a BW before. It exceeded my expectations. I loved the toiletries that were in the room included. I love that I didn't need to bring anything extra. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, and refrigerator were all here. Room was clean. I wouldn't say the continental breakfast that was included was the best ever. My husband said the food was okay but you have to eat right away when it's hot. Don't dare bring back to your room and eat it warm because it's horrible that way. The orange juice was excellent. The indoor pool and whirlpool were phenomenal and great this time of year, it was also nice having the large windows surrounding pool area even if it was a view of passing traffic. I would absolutely stay here again, I feel like I got my money's worth. Staff was around if needed. We did need to go to front desk for pool towels which is not typical for hotels I have stayed at but we walked past there to go to pool so wasn't really an inconvenience.

Arrived early and was given a room that was cleaned and available. As senior citizens it was great to be able to rest after the drive.

Eggs,bacon,sausage and potatoes were barely warm. Nice selection though. Needed to use microwave to heat the "hot" food. Food station was kept clean and items were refilled in a timely manner.

Really nice indoor pool & a hot tub. Decent breakfast with scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereal, bagels, pastries, oatmeal, fruit, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a bit tired. Paint’s peeling off, little things are falling apart, and nobody’s in a hurry to fix them. The hotel claims that only 6 people were allowed at the pool at a reserved time slot. Nobody regulates it. I counted 16 attendees at one point.

Very nice property overall. King room is very nice and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Good location to many places.

Strong smell of chlorine coming from pool area even when not close to it. Not sure if it’s the cleaning supplies that are used or what but the room at weird oder when you entered it. And wish someone would have kept up with making sure breakfast foods were always refilled.

WiFi connection was good. TV worked fine and bathroom was clean and A/C was no problem. Room was found clean and sanitary. Bed looked great. Slept fine during my stay. I even extended my stay until the morning of the 4th to check out.

Here's the problem. Found one lonely roach in the room. Need to make doubly sure to have regularly pest control monitoring better. This would have been ruined after spending over $600 for just 3 days and nights only to have critters crawling around. Best Western Plus needs to get better. My key card apparently didn't work a couple of times because the housekeeping apparently wipes down on the electric key lock and it erases the key card. Need bigger pillows.

The bbase of yhe shower, is never cleaned and was moldy, and carpets need cleaning, my wife killed a creepy bug in the bathroom

The Breakfast was great and awesome, pool reservation is a smart idea and a limit of 6 was smart. not a crowed pool. the bed was amazingly soft and enjoyed my sleep. my wife is always complaining on other hotel with bed comfort but this hotel she enjoyed. the staff was awesome and would definitely come back next time I am in Delaware.

that breakfast was over at 9:30. Maybe 10 am would have been better lol. but everything was great. no complaints

Susan, who made the breakfast Mon-Friday was an absolute Doll! That woman went out of her way to make us and everyone else feel so amazingly welcome!

Beds were slightly uncomfortable and the pool restrictions were a giant pain. Gym is I’ll equipped and unappealing. And the safety latches and locks don’t work as expected.
