Clean and unit well apppointed mini. Comfortable and cozy. Everything one needs for 2 week stay was in the limited kitchen. Best sofa sleeper ive ever been on. Liked 2 TVs.

Communication between staff and guests could improve. Use text more often to notify of water line break, what days newspaper available, saturday and tuesday social hours, where trash and recycle is, that there is even recycle, how housekeeping is handled for longer stays...mostly we didnt know. Be helpful if there was a info sheet in room. Folks in mini suites should be informed lakeview is directly in line with 2 buzy roads. We were blessed as they could accomodate us elsewhere.

Looks can be deceiving. You may look on the outside or the age of the resort and assume it's not up to part. But I can honestly tell you, this resort is a hidden gem that exceeded our expectations. Our friends were also impressed and said this is only place they will stay moving forward. The apartment was clean, roomy, up to date, very modern appearance and had all the amenities we were seeking. The shower even has shampoo, conditioner and body wash of great quality.

No restaurant on-site but there are many options in the area.

Went on a weekend trip to Lake Havasu so didn't use services at the hotel, but the room was clean and a relaxing space to enjoy at the end of day. Staff was pleasant and provided all the information I needed for an enjoyable stay.

No complaints. Noticed some complaints on noise from road. Our room faced the roadway, but the bedroom was at the back of the suite so was not noticed.

Size of the suits and very calm atmosphere

The reception staff treating us differently kind of punishing way! Because we book through booking.com or as they mentioned to us “third party” . The first night they couldn’t find the reservation for other room i booked until booking.com solve it for us , and unfortunately there is no daily cleaning or room service for the suite.

Most comfortable beds and pillows ever! First time I ever slept so well away from home. Loved the junior suite. Perfect size for us. Appreciated the ground level suite as well. Location was great.

Coffee maker didn’t look clean enough so didn’t use at all. Small flying bugs were coming out of bathroom drain on our last day there. I used the tub stopper to avoid any more bugs. Toilet roll holder kept coming undone. Needed to be fixed. we did report the issues on check-out.

Very comfortable. Close to everything. Very clean and fun areas to play games.

The shuffleboard in the game room was missing pucks, the corn hole was missing bean bags, plugs on lights didn't work and had to adjust light plugs to plug in phones, and blow dryers need longer cords. All very minor issues but wanted to share the feedback.

Covered parking under the unit, spotlessly clean, spotless pool, free laundry, they even supplied herbs and spices for the free to use gas grill!! I wouldn't dream of booking anywhere else in Havasu, I'm very sad to leave. Staff are friendly and very helpful too. What's not to like? Oh, perfect location too, 5 minutes from the London Bridge! Amazing value.

Everything was perfect

The size of the apartment style room was perfect while traveling with a small family of 3. The staff was extremely accommodating when our booking.com price had a discrepancy and allotted us time to resolve it before charging the incorrect amount. Above all those traveling without tangible credit cards will appreciate the ability to use the tap option at the time of arrival, as most hotels are strictly set on you carrying the actual card.

The furnishings are a bit outdated, but what isn’t in Havasu?

We had mispLaced our keys and looked under and behind everything. This place was spotless. Laundry facilities and detergent were free. The upstairs sauna hot tub and lounge area were fantastic. You won’t be disappointed. Staff went over and beyond. I love the drive up check in services and covered parking

Shower head and pressure could be better

- Very friendly , helpfull and welcoming staff. A real asset. - Clean room with sufficient ammenities. - Pool area was nice and clean, there was also a sauna. - Good location concerning distance to shops, restaurants etc.

- Tip of the day: DO NOT book or get an upgrade with lake view ! Yes you can see the lake but that means you also can see and hear the 4 x 2 lane road in front of you and your porch ;) .
