Very helpful staff at the front desk. She helped us secure a room that fit our needs (my wife is physically challenged).

Breakfast was all carbohydrates, except for some off brand yogurt which did not taste very good. But the real issue was the bed height. My wife is 5'4" and she couldn't get in and out of the bed easily. She literally had to climb in with my help. We've never been in a room with beds so high. Taking it down about 5' would have made things a lot easier for a short person.

The person greeting us noticed my difficulty walking and our things on the cart from the hotel. The room I had reserved was on the second floor and with no elevator available, he provided a room on the first floor for us. He didn't even blink an eye - just took care of us! Certainly cannot ask for anything else!!!

Nothing to complain about.

The hotel was very clean. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Plenty of parking. Pool area well stocked with towels, chairs and tables.

The breakfast needs improvement. It's Great if you like waffles. Biscuits and gravy eggs pancakes are an affordable option. They weren't available as an option. There wasn't any sausage or bacon. Fresh fruit wasn't available.

Location to where funeral was held.

Usually for a room that size, there should be more than one chair. I have traveled in the past several years and a love seat or pull out bed should be in there. Lol- room wasnt ready when we arrived at 3:30 so the lovely desk clerk gave us rm 121. Very cold but warmed up quickly . Beds were AWESOME!

King room was huge. It would have been nice to have a couch in it, just a lot of empty space with a small tv and no couch. The King bed was the best I ever slept in.

The breakfast was all carbs. Scrambled eggs and sausage would have made it perfect.

our room was clean and tidy just as pictured on website. Breakfast was good, servings were waffles, breakfast sandwiches (cold, you have to warm in microwave), yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, coffee, apple and orange juice. there’s a Culver’s next to the hotel, a Walmart nearby. It has an indoor pool ( though water was a bit cold). It’s a good place to stay and we will be back.

We had a good experience, however, I feel the pool water should have been warmer (it is still winter). Also, on our last day we saw 2 bugs crawling in our room, probably from outside but still that was a little disturbing.

Easy accessible location near a Wallmart! Friendly personell in the reception especially the senior gentleman that wished us welcome! Beds are wonderful! Free and conveniant parking.

Room cleaning can always be better!

Easily accessible. Good breakfast in the mornings. AC worked great in room.

No elevator to help get baggage to 2nd floor. Pool smaller than appears in pictures. Very small bathroom

The beds were comfortable. Good location easy to find. Staff was friendly

The door was hard to get to unlock. The walls were very thin and could hear everything in the next room.

Price ease of booking close to the highway.

The hands free pancake machine at breakfast wasn't working. I have not ever seen one before and was disappointed when it didn't work. Needs USB plug ins
