The amount of towels available in the room was really nice! Enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good. The temperature controls in the room were user-friendly.

The pool does need the layer of slime cleaned off the sides. In the breakfast menu, some water as a choice would have been good as the juice options are laden with calories and sugar--which I really shouldn't have as a diabetic. Liked the table of information of things to see/do in the area but the booklet was a bit too generic to figure out what we could do on the fly.

It was a good location. Carmel is a nice town with lots of places to have dinner, etc. It was right off the hwy but still kind of secluded. Breakfast was good with the normal selections but plenty of them.

The bathroom shower/tub could use an upgrade. The property has some age to it but it seems the owner/staff try to do a good job of keeping up the maintenance.

Like most hotels the heat system needs to be better! Had to turn it up to upper 70s to try to get close to slightly warm as long as we kept sweaters on and under blankets for sleeping.

The path into the hotel desperately needs pavement repair work done!

The place was extremely clean comfortable and quiet. The breakfast food was delicious. Was priced very reasonably and I will definitely stay here again while I'm in town.

Ice machine on the second floor didn't work.

Willie at front desk was excellent. Red head gal on day shift was great too. I do t recall her name. Breakfast was good.

New room on last night had crumbs on couch, used dental pick on floor and one tv remote didn't work. West end hallway door, the lock was missing so no security after hours. Anyone could walk in.

It's very comfortable hotel . Staff is very profissional specially the receptionist.

Everything was perfect

Breakfast was adequate, staff was friendly and helpful....never ran out of towels at pool. Wonderful location.

The lady at the check in counter when i got there was rude….. the guy that replaced her at some point was a sweetheart

it was clean and conveniently located to IU North Hospital.

The keys or doors did not work very well . iIt became quite frustrating! I had also asked that a burnt out light be replaced in the bathroom so I could see better to apply my make up and it did not get done.

It was close to the location of my husband's procedure.. We did not have to deal with traffic that morning.
