The room and bed were good. We also liked our breakfast. The location is safe and hotel security is great. You also have a big shopping mall and Walmart within walking distance.

Air-conditioning- The room temperature was pretty high when we arrived and the ac wasn't strong enough to cool it down quickly. It took almost an hour to cool it down to a comfortable temperature. Pool- There is no swimming pool which is really inconvenient for this warm weather. Gym- The gym equipment needs to be updated. Some of them were not working and not well maintained.

Very good price for its meals. Good plates. Located right in front of a mall, which is quite important. It has ancient ruins right beside the hotel a good national park if you like jogging or walking, and a beautiful Catholic Church.

Some parts look in bad condition due lo a lack of maintenance. The bar and its service don’t work properly. The location works well if you have an event or a commitment around, otherwise, is far from most of attractions in MX

There were not so many guests at the time of my stay (end november), so the staff was extra helpful and kind to us. I was able to hold complete zoom conferences without any problem in the room. Parking facilities are also very comfy. The restaurant does not have a specially big variety but the meals were tasty enough. I loved their chimichurri. The location is great to reach several interesting places around. A car is mandatory though. There is a monster mall at walking distance.

Well, it is on the expensive side. But i guess they can do it because the offer around is scarse in the neighbourhood.

Check in process was super fast, great food and very fair prices. I had to make a change on my reservation and all the staff was really helpful, so it was very easy. They have a great taxi service! Great experience!

Two of the three running machines weren't working at the gym and the one that worked felt unsteady. This can be improved!

Was traveling for work and location was great. Nice restaurant for breakfast. Hotel is located across a large and nice shopping center. Great attention from all the staff.

Room service and restaurant closed by 10 pm !! Changed to Royal Pedregal, similar price, near by, seemed better kept and had 24 hour room service - important since I was at work daily past 10 pm.

Well located, if you need to stay in that area. Conveniently located accross the street from a major mall, with a safe pedestrian overpass to access it.

It's my second visit to the Radisson (or probably this is the evaluation for the first) - and as all the times that I've been to the Radisson Paraiso, this was again spectacular. There are many mini-details that make it special. Welcoming staff are incredibly friendly. All cleaning ladies/staff are super super generous as well. The food is excellent and it's decent value for money considering prices in Mexico City. PeriSur is a short 10 minute walk across a bridge, and the Radisson Paraiso is super easy to get to.

I don't have a bad word to say about Radisson Paraiso at all.
