Location was perfect. We felt very safe when walking around the neighbourhood. The apartment is close to the Rocafort metro which is an ideal connection for the city. There are a few small supermarkets very close by, and also a few nice, reasonably priced bars, cafes and restaurants. The apartments is lovely, charismatic and very clean.

The front windows do not close properly which is not an issue as far as security as we were six floors up, and there are shutters for security. However, at this time of year, the windows allowed a draft through meaning that the apartment was cold at night even with the heating on high. Just take your pjs if you are going at this time of year . It’s a little noisy being on a busy road but all the great things about this trip cancelled this out !!!! You can also take earplugs…..

It was well located, clean and very practical

We didn’t like the fact that we booked for 5 people, but the space is actually to little for 5 people. The team offered us an additional room for 1 night and a change to a different location for the 2 remaining nights, which we we very much appreciated, but wasn’t practical for us. We also expected a common outside terrace as the Fotos suggest, but there wasn’t.

Great apartment close to plaza d’espanya. The apartments are big enough for a couple, kitchen is well equipped and beds are very comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely use this apartment again when in Barcelona for work.

Very polite and frendly hosteses, clean and cosy apartment and realy good location close to city center, parks. We got everything we need to stay with 1 year old kid: high chair, baby bad.

One minus is apartment main door - it's havy and looks solid, but in terms of sound isolation do nothing. Every time our neghbors got in or got out their apartment it felt like someone came into oures one. Thankfully thant didn't interfered our baby to sleep, but it coulld, really lout. To be honest it is not pleasant, but would not stop us to book this apartment again :)

The apartment was very clean and tidy, as well as spacious and equipped with everything you might need. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, walking distance from most main attractions and right in front of a metro stop. Great for families with kids, we were provided with cot and high chair.

As an increased commitment to sustainability it would be great if cleaning items could be provided not as single use ones, but for example a refillable bottle of dishwashing soap or laundry soap :)

The outdoor patio space is phenomenal!

Shower water pressure is low and temperature fluctuates wildly.

This property is in a very good neighbourhood and well situated for transit ( metro is next door) and the buses run right by the front door. The street is a wide elegant avenue with good stores (grocery nearby) The staff were very accommodating about directions, advice to getting to other places, etc. The rooms were quite adequate and the beds were comfortable. We cooked the evening meals there and the kitchen is well equipped.

The apartments were renovated about 10 years ago and we felt that there were a few details that would help finish the job. The closets lacked shelves at heights that were useful and one bedroom had a hanger rod that was way too high, so this needs more thought. Nothing that really marred the stay though.

The apartments were centrally located for travelling to Monmeló for the F1 weekend, followed by a few days at playing tourists. We had a balcony room, which we used every evening to wind down, prior to the next days fun. The staff were always polite and friendly, offering an 'hola' every time we passed reception.

Some people may struggle with the stairs if they are on a higher floor. We were on the fifth floor, but relished the opportunity to get a few extra steps in, so not really a negative point. Can't really fault anything.

Great location, central to all locations across the city. Metro station on the doorstep was very convenient. The apartment was clean and spacious, with lift access. The customer service was fantastic. Julia on reception was superb. She managed to get us an early check-in and was helpful throughout our stay. Thank you, Julia. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anybody travelling to Barcelona.

There was no downside here. Everything was great. Highly recommended to all.

This property was in a quiet neighborhood, not in the main area of town. Luckily it is steps away from a Metro stop. The metro in Barcelona is exceptionally easy to use. There is a Super Mercat nearby where we could purchase water and other snacks. We appreciated the air conditioning, large refrigerator and freezer, and black out shades in the unit. Importantly, there is a lift which came in very handy with our numerous pieces of luggage as we were on the sixth floor. Overall the property was quiet. We arrived before our room was ready and the front desk staff helped us put our luggage in locked storage. The front desk staff also provided us with a map of town and suggestions about where to eat and sites to see.

We arrived before our room was ready and, although luggage storage was available, we did not receive any notification when our room was finally available. We also found it incredibly odd that we were responsible for taking out all the garbage to a dumpster on the street.
