Excellent Breakfast, good customer service at reception desk.

Room comfort was very freezing during night even with the rug ( I asked and it was given to me ). Day time temperature was good in the room but at nights i guess hotel is saving electrical bill, sacrificing customer comfort. It is not a big logic to have AC turned on during day time cooling and around 10 PM switch to heat and turn off heat around 9 AM. I will not stay during OCT /NOV in this hotel. For families and seniors ask if they have heat before booking the reservation.

I had a great stay at NH Sants Barcelona! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to get around the city. Despite being so central, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The interior is really modern and fancy, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast buffet—it had a huge variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Barcelona!

The only downside of my stay at NH Sants Barcelona was the noise. I could hear people having intimate interactions, which was a bit uncomfortable, and there was also a lot of noise from people walking around and moving furniture in the room above mine. It definitely affected the overall experience, but aside from that, everything else was great.

The hotel is very nice, although a bit expensive (I was there in the mid of August and it cost almost 250 € more than an almost similar hotel where I stayed the previous year). The nearest metro station is like 600 meters from the hotel, while in front of the hotel entrance itself there's a bus stop that takes you to some of the most popular Barcelona attractions (and there's anyways plenty of other nearby bus/subway stops).

The hotel and the room were very clean, although when we arrived to our bedroom we found a bit of dust on a shelf in the bathroom of our room and also a couple of hair here and there (maybe it was also the very bright light enhancing that). Not a big deal, really, but if I have to suggest something to be improved it would be this.

We booked a Superior Double/Twin XL room. No complaints really. Room was a very good size with a big L shape couch for the two of us and our big luggages, hotel room is modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was super big and WIFI signal was good. The bathroom was kinda designed into a little separate corner which gave space to the bed and couch area.

The only thing that really if I had to comment negatively about is just the location. It is near the main intercity train station in Barcelona but a little bit far from the major sites that you would visit. However, there is a metro station stop which has lines connecting to the major tourist spots 5 minutes walk away from the hotel.

Hotel was modern, rooms spacious and staff friendly. It is only 5 min from the metro so it was easy to get to central Barcelona. The fridge in the room was handy to store our own bits of food and drinks in as we opted out of the breakfast.

The rooms weren't very soundproof and we could hear people in the room next to us quite well when trying to sleep or people moving furniture above us. Although you can order drinks in the lobby by pressing a button, there is no actual bar which was something we missed. A kettle in the room would've been a nice additional touch but maybe that's a UK thing.

Huge terrace, very big 1 room with sofa seats and small table. Breakfast at the restaurant was phenomenal!!! Sooo many choices, hot, cold, all types of juices, etc. Best buffet breakfast I've ever had!!! All tasted very good, too. Desk with chair, bed headrest was the whole wall!! Lighting was spectacular, terrace had 2 lounge chairs and on other side a decent size L shaped couch, long table with 2 candles. The terrace covering was also retractable!! Loved staying there and will definitely recommend it!!!

Wish there were matches to light the candles.

Excellent location, 10 minutes by walk to Sants Barcelona Train Station and Metro stop. It had a small neighborhood feel with cafes, restaurants and local grocers. It was far enough away from the loud tourist sections but close enough to enjoy without a long commute. The room was nice and quiet, and we were happy with all the outlets to connect our devices. Staff was helpful, friendly and efficient.

We wish the breakfast buffet was more affordable, but were happy to get breakfast at the nearby cafes.

The position of the hotel is very good, perfect and safe environment but far away from the city center and all happenings. Taxi is not cheap or depends on which taxi you take, with the bus it takes long time like 1 h at least one way and metro could happen not to work all days and is not safe to be alone in early in the morning or during the night.

They didn’t want to change the unit of 500 Eu to the smaler amounts. They send me to the bank, bank send me to the exchange office and the exchange office send me back to the bank. At hotel they didn’want to help me eather and I couldn’t use it anywhere. Not either in the boutiques it was accepted so I couldn’t use the money practically.

We were in a Junior suite, which was on the highest floor and had its own private penthouse style terrasse. The inviting terrasse is large, clean, has a retractable sunshade, and very comfortable outdoor furniture that includes lounge chairs and a seating area and low table, along with nice plants. The bedroom has a gorgeous large picture window looking out onto the terrasse that lets in a ton of light. The bathroom was extremely spacious and the entire suite was spotless. Room service was excellent and a good value. Lots of electrical outlets to charge electronic devices, and good lighting throughout. Excellent king size bed with comfy linens. The parking lot under the hotel was a blessing (one must reserve it separately as it’s run by a separate company).

The pleasant and professional staff at front desk didn’t answer the phone as promptly as one could hope, but once They eventually would answer, our requests were promptly attended to.

Very modern, clean, respectful staff, close to stations. Everything you need!
