Beautiful hotel - the perfect combination of old world and all mod cons. Rooms are stylish and comfortable, with a great shower. The staff were so friendly and warm. The location is superb - central but quiet. The roof terrace is fabulous, as is the breakfast atrium. We will definitely go back!

The one and only thing I could criticise is the light switches in the rooms - which glow brightly whether on or off overnight so the room isn't very dark at night. Take a sleep mask!

A lovely hotel and very pleasant stay. The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from most attractions and quite safe walking at night too. The room (double bed with a balcony) was lovely and the bed was very comfortable with great pillows. Next time I would get the superior double with a balcony for some more space. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch too. It rained for a day and was quite windy another day so I didn't get to use the rooftop area, but it looked really nice for warmer days. Breakfast was really nice too. You'd need to have a smartphone as the hotel relies on two apps - one for the air con and another for all of the day-to-day general info. And the staff were great too.

The only negatives were that in the room there were snacks on the table which cost money, and the minibar was full of drinks, but there was no free water. I felt like I was being constantly 'up sold' to with these laying around. Also, at 5am on Saturday morning, there was a man outside the windows with a very loud leaf-blower for what seemed like an hour (?!). I don't think that there is anything that the hotel could do about this, but be warned - bring your ear plugs!

Lovely little hotel close to the main sites. I walked everywhere! Hotel was modern and clean, and a lovely rooftop to soak up the summer sun! Front desk were polite and it was perfect for a one person stay.

The rooms were not soundproof. I could hear someone playing videos on their phone next door and heard everyone who walked past my room. Luckily I had ear plus to use during sleep. The other issue as some guests have mentioned is the light in the rooms. The light switches have blue LEDs that beam all night and the door is not sealed so light seems through from the hallway. See photo for why the room was bright and noisy.

The location is perfect, and it is situated next to a nice little plaza. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and courteous. We had a larger room because we had 3 people. It was clean and spacious enough for 3 of us because our daughter slept with us in the king size bed. The breakfast is fine for 2-3 days. I don't think it is worth EUR17/person/day. Eventually, we went outside and got breakfast for 3 for less than EUR15 for all of us.

I wished the pool was larger because in the summer, it is so hot between 3 - 7 pm that many of the guests are in the pool area. Unfortunately, the pool area (pool and the rest of the terrace) is only big enough to fit ~ 20-25 people. Aside from that, we had no other issues.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful - made me feel as if I was a valued customer. Very important for me as a mature woman with mobility issues, travelling alone. I can't praise them enough. Applies to both reception and cleaning/housekeeping staff. Liked the hotel decor, location in the Casco Antiguo, tranquil plaza Molviedro and complementary treats placed in my room.

I found the mattress too firm, and the pillows too soft. There were 2 types of pillows both with the same level of softness. Maybe the longer, bolster type pillows could be firmer. The closet in room (?small double?) was almost useless for hanging up anything other than short t shirts. The positioning of the shelf on which the safe was placed could easily be a foot lower. Had to use the pegs on other side of room for tops.

Super cute hotel with tasteful interiors and pretty touches everywhere. Great location with the Seville Cathedral and Alcázar a short walk away. Lots of bars and restaurants also within walking distance. The man at the reception was happy to help me with recos, called me a taxi, helped me book a train and was patient with my Spanish (: I had a comfortable stay even in peak August summer with the city on red alert for high temperatures – will definitely visit Seville again and stay here when it's nicer weather :D

The location was perfect! Five minutes from the Catedral de Sevilla and near our favourite Santa Cruz area. Staff were fantastic and really helpful booking a flamenco show in Triana and giving a guide to the city. Also, they were very helpful with storing luggage and greeted us every time we saw them. Breakfast had a good buffet selection, which was regularly checked and replenished. Omelette ordered to the table was equally delishious. Rooms are larger than the images do them justice. We had a standard double with a wall view, which we didn't realise was a little courtyard with a feature wall that was the historic city wall ruins. Very nice indeed. Spacious bathroom and shower with twin sinks. The swimming pool on the terrace was clean, the sun loungers comfortable, and the last hour or two much less busy - great after a day of sightseeing. Lovely terrace to have a pre-evening drink before heading out. There is a happy hour on cocktails late afternoon on the terrace, which was a nice surprise. We had a lovely welcome gift of truffles and a large bottle of water on arrival. Aside from the beds, very minimal negatives, compared to the enjoyment of the hotel. Would recommend and stay again, perhaps with a king bed next time.

Large bottles of water were not provided in the room as complimentary each day, just initially upon arrival. This was something we have experienced at similar rated city hotels. You would have to keep ordering a larger bottle to the room, rely on a tiny bottle each from the mini bar, or grab a large sealed bottle from the supermarket each day. The mini bar was not replenished during our stay (waters, etc). The beds were quite hard, particularly in the middle, as the double was two singles put together without a topper and wheel break/fixing clamp, so they moved apart each evening usually with me stuck in the middle.

The hotel has a lovely vibe to it, very much Seville, tactfully modern but respectful to history and location of the building. The staff are super-friendly and willing to help with anything no matter how small. Excellent suggestions of where to visit and eat. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. A buffet Breakfast was taken in an airy and bright room, which had an uplifting energy to it, all tastes are catered for and it is possible to have individual requests cooked to order. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay (3 nights) which was perfect to explore and enjoy Seville for the first time.
