- Nice spacious room, we really enjoyed the place. - Clean spacious bathroom. - Nice friendly personnel, helpful with requests. - Free Airport transfer included - in our case it was a free Airport drop off instead possible - Good hotel restaurant (Vagabond restaurant), breakfast buffet was good. - Hot water in the shower (but it really needs 10min to be turned on, to get warm) available.

- Until 23:30 there was quite a loud music from the adjacent party location, thank god it stopped at 23:30. It is not the fault of the hotel itself, but it mades a little bit uncomfortable for guests. - One or two days before our stay the Hotel contacted me via Whatsapp with a generic message that I should pay the whole payment for the room in advance on a me unknown payment website to fix my reservation. I did not do that, but paid at the stay. It would be better if Hotel Ajanta would stop that practics, due to it violating the booking.com rules as well as it makes for (especially western) guests an uncomfortable feeling and gives a impression of lack of professionality.

The room design is exemplary, featuring a dedicated corner for travel baggage and ample cupboard space for other belongings. To enhance organization, it would be beneficial to include additional shelves within the main cupboard for clothes. The hotel's restaurant offers a pleasant ambience and maintains a good standard of cleanliness. Furthermore, the hotel staff provides great service compared to external personnel.

It is advisable to offer a diverse selection of dinner options for guests on a Full Board (FB) or Half Board (HB) basis, rather than presenting the same menu each evening. Additionally, it is important to provide an adequate supply of water bottles daily to ensure guest comfort and hydration.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, our airport pick-up worked seamlessly. Our room was spacious with a big comfortable bed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, not only for cooling but also for warming up the room (as we were there in the winter). The room was very clean in the areas that really mattered to us (bed, towels, shower, toilet, sink etc), but it has to be said that some less obvious spots (corners, walls, doors) could have used a bit more attention. The best part about this place was the hotel restaurant - they serve delicious Indian food at very reasonable prices and are also open until quite late. Many people list the location as the biggest disadvantage in their reviews. Initially, we felt the same way and found the neighbourhood to be very noisy, crowded, run-down and just overall intimidating. But we later realised that in comparison with other parts of Delhi, esp. Old Delhi, this part of Paharganj is actually not that bad. It even gets surprisingly quiet at night!

A very nice hotel located a short walk from the main train station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and of a good standard. There was hot water. It looks more or less like the photos. We were slightly apprehensive about the accommodation in this particular part of town due to other reviews but it turns out there’s nothing to worry about. Simply India :) We would definitely stay at Hotel AJANTA again - we have actually booked another stay with them on our way back. Also, they have a good restaurant on site with plenty affordable tasty local food options.

Nice room,big with comfortable big bed. Clean,with need renovate bathroom. People working there helpful, on the reception-speaking English very well. Close to New Delhi railway station.

Quite expencive,they cout for everything ,we need to come back to Delhi for one day,and wanted book a room for 12 hours-they count almost for 24 hours-without breakfast... We didn't book them again...We booked very friendly hostel even closer to New Delhi-with better price of room ,and taxi to the airport... I think if they will respect more old clients-it would be better comercial for them. I just think about thinking in business make better-of course this is a choise of the hotel

Very kind and thoughtful staff and management. Hotel located in the heart of Paharganj but a bit off the side. Very close to metro and major attractions. Delicious food and hospitable accommodations. Clean room.

This was outside the hotel's control, but there was a tuk tuk driver who stared at us and would not leave (as we dined in the cafe). While drivers need to work and a hustle might be expected, this felt different and quite uncomfortable. The driver was not affiliated with the hotel. Management and staff quickly and professionally resolved the issue with great satisfaction and thoughtfulness. Hotel's driver was professional and considerate. We felt safer and protected due to the hotel's quick actions.

Mr Alok kumar was very helpful during the stay. We loved the room they had Alotted during the second night They provided free breakfast for both days as compensation . They have great rooms

Please check the room before check-in to make sure that u get the exact room u paid for. especially if u are booking through online The first night, I had to stay in a room that was under construction and wasn't the same as I booked.

I was a female solo traveller and I stayed 3 nights here with breakfast. The food was delicious and clean they had indian and western balanced meal. The room also was comfy with all the required things which they mentioned in the description. The staff also was very supportive specially Ms. Maya and Mr. Shashi Kumar. As a girl, I was afraid to stay in India, but this hotel was super safe. As soon as I entered I felt safe. Money exchanging is also available at the reception. Also you can find Macdonalds and dominos pizza places in walking distance.

The location is very busy but it is a common thing in Delhi I guess. Vehicles are noisy and even in night you can hear it.

The staff was nice and always willing to help. They booked us the airport transfer and everything went well. Because we had to leave before breakfast time, they packed it for us. The rooms were small but clean. They have a restaurant in the hotel called "Café Vagabond" which has delicious food at good prices.

We could listen a lot of noise from the street during the night. The Window was also very high on the wall and we could not Open. The sockets were not working properly. The shower has no separation wall, so it wets the whole bathroom.
