Good stay. The location is perfect when traveling to or from Gatwick airport. A simple, short walk into the terminal from the train. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. There is access to several stores and resturants in the airport before the security check. You can also easily take a train or bus into London. The room was clean and although small it was comfortable. Free hot drinks and coffee were available on the floor. We'd recommend staying here if you have an early or late Gatwick flight.

Very convenient easy to check in to hotel and find at airport terminal as inside. Had a very early flight so was perfect. Good shower with toiletries and comfortable bed with access to hot drinks.

The room is lovely and comfortable. The best thing for me is that sound proofing. I love the bathrooms and wet rooms in this hotel.

I think it would be nice to have a breakfast service or, at least, to have some kind of protocol with one or a few restaurants in the terminal for the guest to have the breakfast, or at least a discount.

Very convenient as it’s in the departures terminal. However, the room is only 10m2 as advertised, not enough room to swing a cat. Bed is very comfortable and had a good night’s sleep.

Very convenient location. The staff is lovely and helpful, although I was there only for one night. I was given a fast track card to go through security, which is very helpful considering the time of year. Comfortable room, although micro size.

Could hear the other guest passing through on the hallway, and the cleaning staff was just a bit loud for my taste, as i was tired and wanted a lie in and this was ruined. I know the location is excellent, but the price was still a bit too much for what I got.

Great location for an early flight, love that it was in the terminal. Had been debating between the different airport hotel chains but settled on this for the combo of ease/proximity and price! Liked the minimalism of it, had everything I needed too. Bed was also super comfy. The tablet was confusing to use at first re the air con, maybe some guidance somewhere could’ve been helpful (if there was I missed it)

The wet room style bathroom was a bit annoying albeit nice looking, but nothing a towel on the floor couldn’t solve (as you get wet feet if you need to use the toilet after having a shower). A small issue though. Could benefit from a hook for towels near/on the door. I wish wake up calls were at option – (via mobile?), as I was a solo traveller and paranoid about missing my flight! Luckily my 7 alarms worked and I had a family member ring me who was in a different time zone! Better coffee in the communal coffee area perhaps, if I was being extra picky 😅 I did just get on in the terminal anyway.

Very easy to get to. It's actually inside thw terminal. I loved the simple but modern design of the room. Very comfortable bed and the space is maximed in a very pratical way. You can't hear anything or anyone, excellent noise proof. We could feel the vibrations of a plane taking off but hardly nothing considering we were at the airport.

It was a bit ackward to have a shower without getting the shower room soaking wet. But if you're careful you only get the floor wet and not get the toilet seat and the sink wet. I understand the rooms purpose is to get a quick reat before/after a flight and/or connection so the space is limited in the shower room. Perhaps a screen that can roll down from the ceiling would be an idea to keep the water in the shower area.

The compact room design is good, and the views onto the apron for plane spotting were great. The staff were friendly, and we checked in a bit before the official time window. The waterfall shower design was great and the location was spot on for timekeeping. Complimentary drinks machine also a nice touch.

The window in the bathroom meant it wasn't as private as could be (also, no lock and large gap on glass door). The drinks machine gave me a tasteless drink at one point (probably used a lot by guests). Sometimes the LED lights were uncomfortable.

The location is unbeatable, literally inside the Gatwick South Terminal. So lots of food options as well, if you're okay with airport food. Hassle-free check-in and room amenities experience if you're tech savvy. I'd forgotten my UK adapter, and staff was quite helpful in getting me one.

Not a traditional hotel, basically just a room to sleep in. Everything is DIY, but at least they have housekeeping. Rooms don't have windows. The hi-tech approach can be a bit much for folks who aren't very tech savvy. If you need anything (like an adapter), you have to go down to reception. A clearer "how to get there" would have been helpful.

Superb location within the South Terminal immediately next to Departures. You could not be any closer if you have an early departure or a late arrival. Although the hotel is embedded within all the airport buildings, the rooms are so well insulated that you don't hear any sound of planes taking off. The room was clean and tidy and the receptionist was very helpful when the automated check-in failed to work properly for me.

The rooms are very small and, although the bed was comfortable, I found the pillows much too hard. If a hotel supplies two pillows per person, one should be hard and one soft, to give guests a choice.
