The room is amazing, comfortable bed, spa and swimming pool, the best couches, easy to use TV system

It got very loud during the parties in the evening. Poor sound isolation at the event hall upstairs. Impossible to have a quiet evening

We got a new room due view to a wall and roof. Next very good. Bought as town view. Very good pool area inside. Good air condition. Nice staff, doing their best, mostly understanding english. Much space everywhere.

The one building has showers, about 15 seconds ok, then 1 sec cold, 3 sec ok, then 1 sec nearly dangerous hot. You had always to wait for this. The shower door hard to open. Both this specially for children or elder people.

We really liked that the hotel was clean, and there was a jet spray in the bathroom which most hotels/toilets in Yerevan don't have. All fittings were modern and it was a good hotel. The receptionist was friendly and warm too.

The WIFI signal could have been better in our room. Since we stayed for just a day, it didn't bother us much. But if it was a longer stay, it would have been a bit of an issue.

Their's staff is so good and helpful But the location is not good for visiting downtown, that is so far from everything same malls, parks, best restaurants and coffee ,...

Beautiful, spacious, clean and soundproofed rooms. helpful staff. the food good. The style of the hotel also very nice.

The location is not central but the city center can be reached in 15 minutes by taxi.

Mr. Nairi is a great organizer, He provided us the transfer from the Airport.The staff are very kind and helpful. Friendly . The hotel is very clean and quiet.I would like to stay there again and again.

Hotel was clean and new, breakfast was good, rooms and pool& sauna were clean, the day crew and specially the door guy were so polite and helpful.

The night reception guy was so rude and impolite, it seems to be a 1 star guest house reception than a 5star hotel reception. We stayed at room 324, Due to central airconditionig, there were noises through air condition and in the room, that disturbs your sleep, solution: you should be so drunk to be able to sleep😁

It’s a modern and nice place for staying the rooms are nice.

The cleaners are not doing well , the hotel manager needs to be more professional for training their staff , there are some mistakes which shouldn’t happen in any kind of good hotels , hotel staff needs training courses for being better.

They offered first rooms without window, which is weird, why room exists without window at all? Also no balconies in most rooms

Beautiful family managed hotel. Top location for a stay in Yerevan. Just keep in mind it's slightly outside but getting around is easy and cheap. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The interior is definitely 5 out of 5 stars.
