I LOVED the customer service. The receptionist was so welcoming and kind and generous! The house exceeded my expectations and was perfect for me and my friends. The area was beautiful with the natural scenery, and it was so cool to be able to see the sand dunes. Great price for the stay as well.

Nothing! There was one shaky fridge, but everything worked. We didn’t mind at all and personally I think it gives character and quirk and uniqueness. The only thing was there was no oven - but the gas stove was fabulous. This was probably on me for not checking the facilities beforehand.

The location, which was quiet and tucked away and was only a short drive to a pet friendly beach and shops. The beach was fabulous. I also liked that each cabin had a separate yard, so could easily toilet the dogs etc

The running tank water out the back which was accidentally left on. The fencing outside was a bit questionable along with the no dogs inside policy?

The retreat is in a great location with its own access to the dunnes behind the grounds. This made it easy for us to get up early and head out for a walk and see the sunrise over them. Staff were very helpful giving us lots of information. Our puppy scamp loved the cabin with her own secured area our the back she could have to herself. We will definitely be back

The Bungalow was comfortable and had all the ammenties you would need for a weekend get-away. It was great ot have so many bunk beds in the second room (we will bring our son's friends next time). The staff were lovely and it was no hassle to just be there relaxing and enjoying all the Port Stephens had to offer.

Everything was great but since you asked, the TV/remote were not great. The remote needs replacing.

Great location, it backs onto the dunes and has private access to the dunes. The cabins are great, good facilities, good climate control, a kitchen with everything you need. Comfy beds, great for a family trip away. The price was great

The cabins could use a little updating, like a lick of paint in some areas but nothing that affected my trip

Room is clean and price is reasonable. We arrived one hour early before the checkin time and our room have not ready yet. When we came back, the manager gave us a family pass of animal adventure as gift even though it is not their fault. We really enjoyed the animal adventure on the last day we were in Port Stephens. Definitly will come back next time.

The staff were lovely, very helpful and extremely accommodating. Access to the dunes, kids playground, outdoor pool, easy to find and a short drive to Anna Bay town and the beach.

Needs a little updating and maybe a coat of paint. The bathroom needs a fan. Nothing was a deal breaker. It was comfortable and the price was great.

Really convenient, and added touches such as placemats, fruit bowls, basically everything you need for an extended stay. Wish we spent more time near the dunes- too much to explore near this area. The pool was great, and we made good use of the laundry facilities. An easy trip to the local pizza store after a long day if needed with children.

Possibly only having one towel for the 7 days, but we didn't ask for any extras. That's on us!

We stayed at the Bungalow and it had everything we need. Good space for all the kids. Playgrounds and bbq just right outside. The staff was really accommodating and check in was a breeze (we checked in after hours). Just right behind the dunes, so location is spot on. Took less than 5mins to get to the tours.

The location was good. Clean and comfortable, value for money.

The only downside was the dog run. There was no shade or kennel and too close to bush land so was afraid if ticks and snakes.
