The place was so clean and had everything you could need. The bed was so comfortable I'm kind fo disappointed to be home(my bed sucks compared to these beds). It was child friendly for my little one with access to a park that was safe on site. The staff were so friendly but so were the long term residents. Some even came out to play with my little one when he was struggling with so much newness and travel. Honestly I haven't felt that relaxed in ages. Oh and the shower was such a good one and water was so hot!!!. If my toddler didn't need need to be near the children's hospital in Sydney I'd become a permanent resident here for sure. Definitely 10/10 and I'll be back as soon as I can.

The park was so pretty. Honestly one of the nicest caravan parks I've stayed at in recent years. Beautiful setting. It was green. It was quiet. There was space between everyone's cabins, caravans and/or camping spots (it wasn't shoulder-to-shoulder and overfilled) so it felt quite private in comparison to many others. The reception girl was bubbly and bright. And the water pressure of our shower was so good.

The bins were directly in front of our cabin, in which we would have smelt any odours with the front window open. And our particular cabin *was* smaller than expected - however, it suited our needs so there was no real issue there. I guess in general, the price of Australian caravan parks these days is disappointing as hell, considering they're meant to be the 'affordable' option. But all in all, nothing to complain about and as far as caravan parks go, this has been my favourite one in recent years.

The staff on check in were lovely and the location of the caravan park is great! The cabin was a good size and the mattress was comfy.

Whilst the cabin is a good size it's disproportionate because the bedrooms are tiny and the living area huge which is fine in theory but there's no where to keep your bags. Also the aircon doesn't reach the bedrooms so please please please put fans in the bedrooms. You wouldn't survive in those rooms if you closed the doors. Also please have a look at giving the walls of the room a proper scrub down because there was something that looks like it's been splashed all over the walls at some point and run down them and really is quite gross on close inspection

The cabin was basic but cosy and clean. My friend and I spent Christmas together there. We had such a lovely relaxed Christmas. I particularly liked the balcony. We had a few brunches and afternoon snacks on it. It was a quite, calm location despite being near the Hume Highway. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very powerful There are lovely walking tracks close by. Take along your walking shoes! I also loves waking up to the birdlife around the camp ground. The staff were super friendly.

Only the oven. Itt was a bit hard to light

Everything there for a comfortable, self contained stay. They gave us milk, teabags, and sugar. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was good. We would definitely stay again. We stayed in cabin 21. The wardrobe and space for our clothes was great in the main bedroom with extra blankets.Having a stove and hot plates along with a microwave and full sized fridge was a big bonus. The balcony was a nice feature for relaxing. Everyone was friendly and they gave us extra tea bags and sugar when we needed them. I would highly recommend this property.

Newer TVs so can get Netflix and see the tv from the bed. Ability to removed overhead bunk bed in the cheaper two bedroom unit..The bed was a little two short for a six foot man in the second bedroom. We couldn't figure out how to use the reverse airconditioning for heat in cabin 21 but the staff were happy to set it for us and then we slept comfortably the second night. I would have liked a face flannel

Perfect location. Within walking distance to town. Quiet for a caravan park. Friendly accommodating staff and the cabin was well insulated and warm. There was plenty of room to move around. Not only a microwave but a lovely fridge. gas cook top and an oven.

Poor wifi and a full length mirror would have come in handy when I was getting ready for my daughters wedding. Also some multi purpose surface spray under the kitchen sink to clean the sink and toilet cause we had 5 adults staying for one night.

The staff allowed us early entry to our cabin which was incredibly helpful with our screening time for the premier.

Our Wifi didn’t work for our entire stay. We called the office for help and they said they’d call the next day to come and fix it. They never came, this disrupted our work for our stay as we were in Bowral due tk an invitation from Netflix to cover the event via social media. It was extremely inconvenient and one of the main reasons we booked the accomodation, we would like to discuss compensation for this disturbance please.

As advertised. my cabin appeared recently refreshed and was very clean. A compact studio with a comfortable double bed and a more than basic food prep area with utensils and dishes etc for three. Welcome was helpful and warm from reception and even better the heating had been turned on ahead of my arrival. Always a good sign

My unit had two steps up to the entry without any grab / side rails or support. I found this difficult when transferring luggage especially in the wet weather.

Had everything needed for our stay. Was spotless. Well situated. Quiet. Private. Comfortable. Safe. Booking process was simple and easy, as was booking in. Easy access to petrol station, grocery store, dining spots

Internet was intermittent - and frankly, quite frustrating. Effected use of TV - couldn’t use at all. Banged head a couple of times on bunk bead above when getting up during night. Would have liked a feather pillow

The cabin was comfy, the rooms and especially the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The staff were welcoming and very polite and helpful. The access for me while challenging (it had 4 entry steps), once inside it was very accessible, the shower was roomy and the water pressure great.

There wasn't too much to dislike about the Mittagong Caravan Park. Noise from the Hume Highway abated after dark.
