Greeting at Reception on arrival and explanation of continental breakfast availability & parking arrangements. Room was clean and well prepared and town was within walking distance so did not have to use the car. Cleaning staff the next dat were friendly and efficient.

Only comment we have is the opening door in the bathroom was difficult to navigate especially in the middle of the night and a sliding door would have been more practical. As an aside it would have been good if the council had built a footpath which allowed 2 people to walk side by side, footpath was very narrow. But easy walk to the pub for dinner and back to the motel.

We stayed at the Mittagong Motel for 2 nights. It is a short drive in to shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. We had a toaster, microwave, kettle. The motel provides a good complimentary continental breakfast. You help yourself from an area off reception and take back to your room for the morning. The water was hot and wifi good. Also liked having a sofa and small table with chairs. They have an excellent compendium with all the information you need, both on the hotel and surrounding area. Plenty of parking available and we received a very warm welcome on check in. We would definitely stay again.

Lady in the end unit had 3 small dogs. We were a bit annoyed with their constant yapping. Definitely not the hotel’s fault but annoying just the same. Thank goodness they didn’t bark during the night.

well located, reception open extended hours , drop off key box for early departures . Self serve continental breakfast included and we were encouraged to collect evening before as we had an early departure the following morning. We were allocated a pet friendly room as requested . Microwave and mini fridge also provided with complimentary bisuits/ coffee/ tea / milk. Easy drive to local shops/ dining precincts

Bathroom facilities were a little old but clean enough and soap / linen provided. Bed mattresses a little old / saggy but still comfortable and clean

It had a very friendly atmosphere on arrival & the complimentary continental breakfast was up to a good standard. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. We would certainly stay there again and recommend it to friends. .

We knew on booking that there was no designated parking but it would be nice if that could be changed. Only other negative was there wasn't a mirror beside the hair-dryer, which was placed in the room & the only mirror was in the ensuit. Otherwise we had a lovely stay & would stay there again.

Very budget friendly. We just needed a room for the night to break up a long drive. Love the fact that they had a room that could accommodate 3 adults and a teenager- one double/queen bed and 2 singles in the one room. This was exactly what we needed. The free continental breakfast was handy- just had to grab what we wanted from the reception area when we checked in. We were then able to have some toast and fruit prior to resuming our drive the next morning.

It was clean and had an ironing board and iron.

No power point in the bathroom near the mirror and that was the only mirror in the room so my wife had difficulty doing her hair. No full length mirror,my wife again complained about that. Bed was very firm. No allocated car space and we got back late from our function and the car park was full. We ended up parking in a no parking space because we were leaving very early and didn't want to park out on the main road and have to walk all the way down there to pack our car. Not good for the elderly to have to do that.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. A continental breakfast was available for patrons to take to their room. It was a great little room for an overnight stay.

The room we were in needed an electrical power point closer to or in the bathroom. Otherwise, an extension cord could be provided. It's very difficult to use the hair-dryer, as it didn't reach the bathroom mirror. The town seems very neat and tidy. The Motel is within walking distance to the town centre. We had dinner at a Vietnamese restaurant and it was fabulous!!

We did not require breakfast but appreciate its availability. The room was adequate, and warm enough as we did not require the use of the air conditioner. the Bed was comfortable and we all slept well. We appreciated the pleasant hospitality of the staff and the availability of the room for an early check-in. Check out was simple as we just needed to deposit the room key in the box as we left.

We have nothing detrimental to say about our stay.

The free breakfast. Serve your self the night before. Take it back to room have it when your ready. No rush. And the owner was very helpful in telling where delicious take out food was. Knowledge she was a great host. Thankyou And this is easy on back on to highway. Plenty of petrol stations. Also.

There was no hand basin in toilet.. but it was just outside. The TV is a swivel one.

We were able to check in earlier at about 1.15pm as we needed to be at a function early. The hostess was very helpful and told us that we could collect our continental breakfast early as there was no available service on Saturday. The room was good and it had all the facilities that we needed for our stay.

There was not anything that we did not like. Parking was at a premium.
