Breakfast was excellent - there was a gluten-free station (where considerable effort was made to avoid cross-contamination - important for people with coeliac disease), a wide range of foods, and a massive Nutella jar (which we took photos of to show the kids). Staff were helpful, especially the person who booked us multiple taxis one morning. It wasn't anything fancy but a very good place to stay for our two-night work trip. We will be back there (sooner rather than later, actually!)

I imagine that there might not be much to do if you were there for tourism purposes - although there is a big shopping mall about 1.5 km away. The hotel is alongside a busy road, but I didn't hear much traffic noise - I was on a high level.

The hotel is well placed for our needs, but you do need to get on a train or bus to get anywhere,

The bathroom space is tiny. No room for putting a laptop to work from, which I found very odd for a Marriot Hotel. The room service sometimes made the bed; other times washed the cups. It was hit-and-miss what they did. Given there are no washing up facilities, we depend on room service. The bar closes very early, sometimes before 9:30. So, when getting an evening flight into Sydney, which is quite normal, there are no facilities in the hotel or nearby to have a snack or drink after a long flight.

The room is nice and comfortable, food is beautiful. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Buffet Breakfast is fantastic :)

Need hawaiian pizza, garlic bread etc for children. Parsnip soup was delicious for me, but my daughter doesn't like parsnip, she wanted another flavour. TV remote was faulty - could be checked when room is setup. Each time I book for 4 people; 1 adult, 3 children, and put in request box, 'please provide 4 bath towels, 4 face washers, 1 bath mat, spare handtowels', each stay I have to call to get the right amount, as it is short.

The location is not that far from the city centre. The buffet breakfast was excellently served. There is a gym as well that can be used for exercising. Face towels are provided as well in the gym. Almost everything is there eg treadmills, dumbbells etc. Housekeeping is excellent as well. The staff are very friendly making sure that they will attend to your needs. There is a free unlimited water refill as well in the cafe. So that you won't have to worry making additional payment for water or going to Aldi just to buy one. There are also many parking spaces in a secured area to park your car for a reasonable daily charge of AUD 15 per night, which is not bad at all.

I just noticed that the gym is quite small, I hoped that they would make it bigger and there would be a bit more basic gym equipment eg Barbell. Although I enjoyed using it on my first night of stay there.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The property was excellent and in excellent condition. The room has air-con that you can adjust to your liking. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bistro makes amazing coffee and there is also a room-service option for $6.50 fee. There is parking on site that is $15 a day and can be organized. Across the road is Maccas and KFC plus some other shops. The hotel is quiet, clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and so much choice.

The sink in the bathroom has an odd draining issue on occasion - apparently there is a trick to this (easily fixed). The lack of vending machines. I wanted to get a bottle of water and they do not sell any on site.

Service on arrival was not great. I needed help with a lost bag and when I went down stairs to find help at reception there was no-one there! There was no bell and no notification showing a guest how to contact someone. I had to stand at the counter and call out “Hello”! “Hello!” Is anyone there?” Finally someone put there head around the door. We had just been overseas to 4 different countries and stayed at several hotels - there was always available help and concern at each of the reception desks. I felt very disappointed that my own countrymen (generic term) did not seem to be obviously available for hotel guests - even in the late evenings..

The location of the hotel in a commercial complex is hard to find.

The hotel is in a great location if you want to exit Sydney easily up the Princes Highway. We made a last minute booking due to deciding to stay in Sydney, post holiday overseas, to do some furniture shopping. The food in the restaurant was pleasant. The king bed was excellent. Parking is cheap compared to central Sydney; only $15 per night, worth it for peace of mind. It was a surprisingly quiet location. If you don't want to eat breakfast in their restaurant, there is a table and fridge in the room, and a McDonalds across the road.

The hotel pillows were too big and solid, too hard for me, but that's just personal preference. I always travel with a soft feather pillow in my bag but Qantas announced our luggage would stay on Lord Howe Island as the plane had to take on more fuel! Top points to Qantas as our bags were waiting on the doorstep when we arrived home the next day!

convenient location and comfortable stay

paying extra for breakfast, cuz I booked for 4 people and I think it’s a bit unfair for only include 2 people and charge for extra. cuz in the website says the breakfast included. if it doesn’t include for extra people then they should’ve mentioned it on the website. because I believe if a family of 4 comes in and only 2 can have breakfast and other 2 have to pay for breakfast doesn’t sounds good

Nice clean room and reasonable size, it was a bonus to have a long 3 seater chaise providing some where to sit apart from the beds. Breakfast was brilliant great selection fresh kids loved it. Parking was a bonus as well, been to the Marriot on a few occassions now always impressed and leave refreshed. Highly reommend prices are very reasonable, value for money.

Pillows were a little tough but hey not a big deal, can't please everyone.
