Our lovely housekeeping lady was wonderful. She is an asset to your company. She should be commended! Reception staff are really friendly. Check-in was smooth and fast and all amenities were explained. Washing machine in room was so great. Pool area was great for entertaining family guests for an hour, thank you. Location is fantastic. Thanks for a great stay!

Once you are in, the place is a little run down looking with noticeable chipped paint on skirting boards in corridors and spiderwebs outside flyscreens of building that you see in the corridor windows on the way to your room. Rubbish on ground in bin area is an eyesore while driving into carpark.There were no hand towels, only bath towels and fash washers and a foot towel. Really need hand towels. Bit of mould on sheer curtains. Bed was a bit too hard, but acceptable. Overall, thanks for a great stay.

Our studio was spacious, comfortable and clean, equipped with all the basics needed. The pool was great, sadly for us it was raining during our stay. Reasonably priced parking was appreciated.

Reception was polite but not very helpful or welcoming. Maybe just a bad day. I really think the property description needs an update/edit. There is no mention of a restaurant on the booking.com site when in fact there is one. Had we known this it would have saved a lot of angst and time we spent trying to work out dinner and breakfast possibilities (not just for us but for our family who were joining us) in the local area which was unknown to us. Being near the crematorium I'm guessing a lot of guests are there to attend funeral services and are already feeling quite fragile; this information would have been really appreciated.

Onsite parking and ease of access to the Metro. Good size rooms and facilities for our needs. The door option to have a private alcove in front of our two room doorways for privacy was excellent. Breakfast included was satisfactory though not a lot of choice. Nice views of bushland from some windows were appreciated.

With being on top floor in a small courtyard, we were opposite a large bank of air-conditioning units on the roof that were very noisy. Not wanting air-conditioning in our room overnight we had opened our bedroom window, then realized this was not an option and put on our air-conditioning that was not appreciated as we still had noise!

Comfortable beds, nice staff. Pool warm, spacious rooms, reasonably priced parking, close (by Sydney standards) to local attractions, room tidy and mostly clean.

Dishwasher smelt awful as soon as you opened it, I cleaned and rinsed out the trap, lots of smelly hunk in it. And then did a run-through empty cycle with the dishwashing powder sachet provided, that fixed the smell. But it was pretty gross. Not the end of the world or ruined the holiday, but a bit yucky.

Reception open 24/7 Close to bus stops and North Ryde metro station. Nice room and bathroom with good water pressure. 2 aircon units per suite. TV in lounge area and bedroom. Cafe next door - Fourno cafe was amazing!

Housekeeping only once per week, felt this needed to be more regular (maybe every 4 days) On-site restaurant ‘mad down under’ was a complete let down despite the positive reviews. They advertise a breakfast buffet which we were told they don’t do, we ordered big breakfasts and every item apart from the eggs were not up to scratch.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment but actually they are two separate units with two bathrooms, that was unexpected and very convenience. Hotel has 24/7 front desk to help any issues apart from check in and check out. The shampoo and conditioner are good quality suits our hairs well. Kitchen is well equipped with opener and peeler as well, well supplied with detergents both for dishwasher and hand wash in the sink. Wash machine and dryer are very helpful since we stayed nearly two weeks.

Overall are all very good. To improve, it's better to have a pair of scissors in the kitchen, a safe type for children with round top. I saw a review mentioned it as well so we brough our own. If add a medium or large salad bowl and cullender would be exceptional. $20/day reserved parking seemed expensive when first arrived the property, it became reasonable when you saw "No Stopping" on the street and all over Sydney even some areas very far away from CBD.

I had the Executive Two-Bedroom Apartment Dual Key - No Housekeeping. Both rooms had tv, one of the room had a lounge, and great facilities like oven, stove, microwave, dryer and washing machine. I loved that both room had a passage way so it easy to move between rooms with privacy. Only 10 minute walk to metro train station.

One of the staff provided wrong information about the resturant, but it was just an human error

The location was good, with easy access to motorways and walking distances to basic shops. The room had a kitchenette which was useful, our room overlooked a nice tree area. The staff were super friendly and helpful including the housekeeping staff. The room was spacious and clean. The window opened so we did not need to use the air conditioner. The elevator was quick and the parking was easy, although it was $20 per day. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows not too large as in some hotels.

It seems to be undergoing refurbishment so there was a lot of old furniture in the car park. The gym equipment is very neglected and some of it does not work or is rusty. The hallways need new carpet and some paint, as it is chipped, but I think this may be an ongoing project. The restaurant has a limited menu, mostly Indian food but it was okay. Overall the negatives were not too bad and were outweighed by the positives.

This is my favourite place to stay in Sydney. It is a great location and the staff are really accommodating. The manager Shu is really lovely, always making me feel welcome and going above and beyond to make my stay a pleasant one. The pool is a good temperature and perfect for laps or a dip with the kids. The train station is just across the road, a Coles supermarket within walking distance, and a there is great Italian restaurant downstairs.

I couldn't fault this place.

Great hotel, lovely clean comfortable rooms friendly staff, free washers and dryers and convenient outdoor pool and spa. Beautiful views of Lane Cove Park and only 10 minutes walk to small convenience store, station and food van, lovely Italian restaurant next door.

We were here on a family holiday and found the travel in to any attractions and tourist spots a bit cumbersome. The transport system was great but it often took almost an hour and up to two changes of trains from leaving the hotel to arriving in the city centre. Also as a family, our room didn't have a kitchen, it only had one seat at a desk, meaning meals eaten in our room required us to sit on the floor. But for any business in the area this would be an excellent hotel.
