The location Breakfast, there was something for everyone and a good variety. They also changed the menu regularly.

No ramp at front door making it difficult to carry luggage in/out Shower over bath Be careful if offered an upgrade. We accepted an upgrade to a superior king room. When we arrived there was only 1 bed (we were a party of 3) and had to pay extra for a trundler. We also had to ask for additional linen cups towels etc every evening which were delivered almost immediately and by very apologetic staff.

The hotel is very conveniently located a short walk from Central Station. Beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were spacious. Great that they offer 24hr room service, as we arrived late on an interstate train. Perfect stay to get around Sydney if you don't have a car, but parking also available next door.

The rooms were nice and clean but a/c vents a little dusty and some mould in silicone in bathroom. This is only a very small issue, and I would stay again.

The hotel has a great location - walking distance to Market City/Paddy's Market and Darling Harbour/Square/Pavillion so you will have access to great restaurants and attractions including a nice stroll through the park. The room looks a bit dated - reminds me of mid-90s hotel, the bones are good, the rooms are spacious but needed to update the furniture and add more lights, the rooms can be a bit dark.

I availed of the free breakfast, the first three days was okay but after 7 days of eating the same spread, I barely touched it the last two days of my stay, perhaps cater a few more meats or rotate some other grilled vegetables or an egg station so it's not boring and repetitive. No one will help you climb the stairs with your luggage so you better be capable of carrying it on a short flight of stairs by the entrance

Loved the Bartenders who shared with me great places to see and night life attractions for young people like me to enjoy. Great location with so many food and shopping options very near. Great food! Amazing housekeeping staff who were very quick to support my room needs! I very much enjoyed my stay, thank you!

The jacuzzi wasn't heated but it was a great swim. Also, I came down stairs with the hotel slippers for breakfast and was told I had to change shoes to be served. I thought it was silly given I've spent so much on my week stay and I should be able to be comfortable enough to eat breakfast in any slippers especially when breakfast wasn't complementary. I felt embarrassed to be turned away I didn't return for breakfast any day after that. Maybe be a little more sensitive on how you approach the dress code and make it more apparent for guests. Lastly, I really wish breakfast was complimentary.

When we arrived at the hotel we were so tired from a long road trip & more or less went to sleep within 30 minutes of entering the room - The room was adequate & the bed was very clean & comfortable - Breakfast was excellent & good value for money... We did buy a club sandwich from the room service menu & it was one of the best we have had - also it is great that this hotel is well located for transport, restaurants etc; It is an older establishment.

When we got up on our first morning my husband went to the shower & asked me to bring him his towel - no towels to be seen - so I had to ring for towels whilst hubby stood wet in the shower - We didn't like the extra high charges for parking & had difficulty in trying to exit the carport...

The location, room and staff were great. Having towels at the pool was so great and i haven’t been to a hotel who have done this before. Very impressed!!! The balcony was also very great! The bed was huge and very comfy!!!! The shower having soap, shampoo and conditioner was great.

- There were no bin bags in the bins. - We previously arranged a later checkout and the hotel staff called us at the normal checkout time, on the day of checkout to ask us if we were leaving. There seemed to be a miscommunication between the team. - It would be nice to have a full length mirror (this is not anything bad about the hotel but feedback). - Having a bigger fridge (+ an actual freezer or at least an ice machine). - Not having a microwave was inconvenient. I believe we also didn’t have forks.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Chinatown and Central Business District. The room was comfortable, with two big beds, a wide desk and a clean bathroom. The hotel offers a gym (small but sufficient for a short stay) and an outdoor pool. They offer a very nice English breakfast.

There was no towel rail in the bathroom to let the towels dry. Thus, the towels are replaced every day which is costly and not environmentally friendly. Also, I missed some additional drawers in the room (there were only two which could barely fit my stuff). Next, the air conditioning in the restaurant is set to a very low temperature. On the other hand, there was no proper air conditioning in the gym. Still, these are minor inconveniences and, overall, the hotel is a very nice place to stay.

We docked very early back in Sydney after our cruise and when we arrived at our hotel they were so helpful in storing our luggage untill our room was available. We even got to check in earlier. The receptionist was very friendly. Service overall was great. Was also very special to get invited to the New Year's eve nibbles and drinks. Hotel is very central and close to transport. We had a great stay, thank you 🙃

Was a shame that the garden area was closed off, no where to relax apart from your room as the swimming area was nearly full everytime we went. But understandable that they had to close it off with new safety regulations.

Excellent breakfast with all you might want including surprisingly good scrambled eggs and omelets made on order. Very attentive staff. Only downside was that coffee in machines was terrible and you needed to pay extra to get the good coffee. Location was great! Rooms ok but a bit worn down. Only one place to hang towels (one towel), no place to hang hand towels (very surprising). Had a really hard time to know what to do with towels for four people. And also limited space to hang up own clothes eg after a swim in the pool (almost impossible to get them dry again). Beds extremely worn out & way too soft, all for of us slept bad (both adults & children) due to the uncomfortable beds. Felt every movement of the other person in the bed. The beds really need to be replaced. Nice but small pool (few chairs), surprisingly nice gym. All in all good value for money, would definitely stay there again (if they change the beds & arrange for places to hang towels)

1. The location was convenient, and the hotel was close to the station and restaurants. 2. Paula, the housekeeping staff, was exceptionally decent and hardworking. During our long stay, we noticed a clear difference between her and other workers—she consistently made our room feel as fresh as a check-in room, always very nice and tidy. Sorry mentioned her name but She truly deserves appreciation from the company. 3. Breakfast was lovely. 4. Front desk was fantastic 👍

The only issue was that, early in the morning, some housekeeping staffs were often yelling in the corridors in their language.
