Room was great except for the massive Huntsman in the ensuite. Pool was nice for the kids. View was great. Facilities in the room were great. Just small maintenance issues.

Directions to where to go and where to park were a little confusing. Bed in master bedroom had what looked like plaster dust in between the sheets and blanket. Not enough toilet paper for the length of stay. Filter in the dishwasher looked like it hadn't been checked in years. Filter in dryer was full. Vents in the bathroom had dust. Mould in the shower. Frying pan was dirty. Fridge has mould. Sliding door into ensuite doesn't lock, door misaligned. No extraction fan so bathroom ends up like a sauna.

The apartment was a decent size with a balcony with views over the Brisbane River with the added bonus of a Jacaranda tree in flower. The swimming pool is large and the spa a good temperature. We also used the sauna. There is basement car parking at no extra charge. First impressions were of a pleasant unit with very modern furniture and we did like that there were plenty of places to put chargers and phones and iPads.

Checking in was a bit of an ordeal. It is not like an hotel where there is someone on reception all the time. A king sized bed would have been great and the bedroom was big enough to fit one in the room. The carpet needs replacing as it was stained and thin in the living area.

The pool, spa, and sauna were great and we loved using these while we were there. Very happy having free parking available as well, that also catered for taller vehicles. It was a quiet relaxing place to stay, access to citycat a short walk up the street, plenty of places to eat, servo up the road for any snacks or top up on forgotten things. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

There was a gym available for use as well, which was great, but there was a strange brown stain down the wall and onto the carpet next to the treadmill, it looked fresh, don't think the hotel new about it. Air-conditioning in the gym would have been a bonus, but not a deal breaker, I still enjoyed the gym, and all equipment was clean and functioning.

The location was great, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and functional. The view from the veranda was super, the apartments were secure and safe and pool looked amazing although we didn't have time to enjoy this.

I was overall very happy with the room but if I had to suggest something to work on I'd say adding tissues to the rooms, more bin bags and coffee, sugar satchels enough for our 3 night stay, luckily I found the cleaners tray to grab some more.

Location is great easy to walk to the center. Enjoyed view on the river. Very comfortable beds, great room size for family of four. Loved two bathrooms as well and all the appliances in the apartments, such as washing machine and dryer, dishwasher in the kitchen and more.

Couches in leaving room are a bit dirty, and carpet also looked a bit worn out. Water pressure in the kitchen is low. Wi-Fi a bit tricky - was on and off - making hard to watch something online.

Very roomy and comfortable three bedroom apartment for our family of six. Lovely decor and bonus having a spa bath and balcony with views of the river. They were very quick to respond to our issues below. We absolutely recommend these apartments and would definitely stay again.

Although we had instructions on how to get our room keys from the key safe it was empty. Delayed our entry having to wait for the cleaner to come and get envelopes from reception and put in the safe. Also only four towels provided for six guests. Another four towels were brought to us after requesting them though.

Location was great .. close to ferry and train. Secure parking avilable. Overall impression of apartment block was clean and safe. Two bedroom Apartment (9th floor) was a good size with a nice deck and looking over to River. Apartment was comfortable and convenient and great for what we needed.

Apartment was close to busy main road so some noise at night .. seals on bedroom windows were not great. Bathrooms a little dated but OK. Soundproofing between apartments could be better. Kitchen rangehood broken.

Spacious apartment , clean and reasonably well equipped

No safe for storage of valuables when out. No coffee machine and it was a long uphill walk for coffee in the morning no air-conditioning in the main bedroom, and the view of the back of the Chasley apartments could have been better, certainly the pictures on the booking page didn't allude to this, so it was disappointing .

Loved the location. Close to ferry that you can take into brisbane city. Close to bus and train but we didn't go on those. The pool is amazing, heated. Got starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, washing powder etc, then you go buy your own after using these. Close to Toowoomba to get groceries.

The heat pump was leaking but they were fast on to calling a repairman.

We stayed there for a long weekend. We were in Brisbane to watch the mighty Broncos play. It was a fairly easy 20-30 minute walk to the stadium , and only about 10 minutes walk the other way to the Regatta hotel. It is a bit further to the Queen Street mall, but with the awesome walkway around the river just across the road, we grabbed a few scooters and had a ball exploring the awesome city of Brisbane

It was only a few hundred metres up the road near the train station for my morning latte, at the Frog and Toad cafe, but it is up a steep hill. How bad is your hangover? How much do you need it? I think the fresh fruit helped aswell 😋. Go the mighty Broncs!!!!!
