Our family absolutely loved our stay at Horizons Holiday Apartments. We booked the economy apartment for 9 days, it was unbelievable value compared to similar apartments in the area. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and message as it was our wedding anniversary. The staff, especially Ben, were so kind and generous with their time and no request was a bother, they made the stay that much better. We had a perfect view from our balcony to the pool and garden area, as well as views of Burleigh Heads beach from the balcony and bedrooms. With a dedicated car space, this made it so convenient as we had a rental car to get around. The location was great and so close to all major shopping centres and a short drive to Surfers. The apartment was fitted out with everything you needed in the fully equipped kitchen, full foxtel channel package, several wifi hotpots to connect to, everything you needed! The heated pool (not solar heated, permanently heated) was a blessing that we used every day as well as the oh so warm spa, just perfect. Thank you to all the staff for making the stay a special one for our family, we will certainly be staying again on our next trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Horizons. Staff were friendly & helpful, location was great, the apartment was good if not quite great and the facilities generally well looked after. We loved the views & proximity to everything we needed. So much so that we would happily stay again, thanks.

The Wifi was a bit hit & miss and led to some frustrations at times & the kitchen was just about equipped with enough basics but overall you'd have to say a little bit below average in standard.

It felt like a great place to just stay for parts of the day in between day trips, the foxtel was great for movie watching, great facilities too. Overall a really good experience only ehs were minor inconveniences but otherwise had no problems.

Bad TV connection at times, would be nice to have proper sink detergent to use, otherwise fans were enough to keep rooms chill

Nice views, watched the whales 🐋 pass by each day. Pool was clean. Beach is across the road. Apartment was great.

A lot of roadworks happening, which can't be helped. The fan in the 2nd bedroom wasn't working properly & because the windows can't be opened it got a bit stuffy in there.

I think more cleaning products could be provided Dishwasher tablets and dishwashing liquid a better cloth and spray cleaner feel like I do t want to buy that stuff on holidays The apartment would have been kept cleaner if I had that stuff

Stunning views along the coast both ways So amazing to be right by the sea. Great facilities both within the apartment and in the grounds (pool, spa, bbq area) good private and secure parking for each unit. the unit was beautifully appointed, spacious and it was lovely to have the use of a coffee machine with pods supplied.

The ensuite was hidden behind the bedroom door - some people would miss it - we found the door configuration for the bedrooms a bit odd, but not too much of an issue. The pillows were super hard and uncomfortable, but otherwise the place was absolutely lovely

The location was great. The walk into Burleigh was good exercise. We had a few breakfast places to choose from - all easy walking distances. The facilities: pool, spa, sauna and picnic area were very impressive. All in all, we were very happy with our lovely, bright unit and it's location.

We like the location, facilities and the nice apartment with ensuite. The daily walks were good and enjoyed the sunshine.

The only compliant I would have was the WiFi it keep dropping out or no connection at all. We ended up using our own mobile data to avoid the frustration.

Lovely large clean apartment, great location, enjoyed views of beach from our balcony and the pool/spa were very nice too.

Ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom was old and rickety and noisy and needs to be replaced. Issues with the television remote meant we couldn't watch movies.

Loved the pool, proximity to the beach with flags, close to both ends of town and easy travelling to anywhere we needed to go really. We were on 3rd floor so quick elevator rides to the pool. Lots of lounge furniture. Clean pool and spa, BBQ area and little playground on site.

Nothing really. We were very comfortable during our stay.
