The views were just to die for, from waking up looking straight down onto the beach, to baths and lounges overlooking the hinterland. Location is great, just enough away from the hussle & bustle to feel relaxing, close enough to walk and ride to cafes, shops and restaurants etc.

We couldn't get the Sonos system to work which may have been related to the intermittent wifi. This was really frustrating. And the bathrooms are not very practical or nice to use. The blue lighting is weird, and the glass vanity just makes it feel unclean.

The view, the location, the size of the unit simply the best. The cleanliness of the pool area, recreation areas, parking, orgainsation of the rubbish in the basement, good size parking lots and the most friendliness of staff - thank you. We will be back again.

The Unit we had this time had new carpet and lounge furniture, but the kitchen was old with cupboard doors hard to close and a couple of drawers about to fall apart. The bathrooms very old and dated again. Some of the doors and windows have rusted and either very hard to open or you just couldn't.

Main bedroom light flickering, dryer not working - no heat - would turn on and tumble clothes but not dry them. Reported these things to reception staff so they are now aware - maybe staff should check all appliances - lights, fans, aircon, TV, dryer and washing machines etc are all working when units are cleaned.

The view from the apartment was amazing & such a great location. But what really made our stay even better was the exceptional customer service from Libby on Reception. Don't let her go, she's a keeper. She was not only extremely helpful to us but all of our friends who were also staying in the other apartments. Can't thank her enough.

The only complaint I have is that the shower in the ensuite in the 4 bedroom apartment would easily flood & the bathroom hardware needs to be fixed or replaced.

The size of the renovated apartment was enormous with wrap around balconies. The views of the ocean across the road and the hills at the back of the apartment were amazing. The apartments were about 1 kilometre from the main shopping areas of Burleigh Heads. The spa, sauna, swimming pool, tennis court and games room make it perfect for a family. The beach is amazing with life savers working to make it safe to swim close by in the ocean. Having 2 bathrooms, a great kitchen and laundry area is a plus.

I was hoping for a bath which was listed on Booking.com. Only having 1 Television in the apartment was disappointing. A television in the main bedroom and the children’s bedroom would enhance the property.

The room had a view small issues in terms of the fan and light not working in the master bedroom but that didn't take away from the spectacular sea views we were privy too. The Hotel had a beautiful pool area, along with 2 spa's and sauna for guests to use at no additional costs. We travelled with older teenagers, who loved the gym and pool room that was also available to guests.

There was a mess up with our booking - initially we booked from 3-10th March, and then pushed back to 4-11th March and confirmed via Booking.com, however this was never communicated to the facility so had no accommodation on the Friday night. This was extremely stressful. Whilst sorted eventually, we were forced to leave our room for the last night and down size to a smaller apartment for the last night. Was OK but not ideal.

The view was outstanding and the location was prefect. We were close to shops and right over the road from the beach. It was perfect for us to walk to dinner but not too far.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness in that the picture frames were dusty, the leather couches had marked the wall but i got that off easily, the sheer curtains were badly stained in many places. I was also disappointed the the main bathroom toilet was missing the lid to the seat and some remotes missing the backs to cover the batteries. We had our toddler with us and these were concerns.

It was like walking back in time, simple but had everything anyone would need.. It is very comfortable and has a great location for all ages and family sizes. Very quiet and safe area. Far enough from the business of Burleigh but close enough to walk to the eateries and shops. Very nice and helpful permanent residents too. You felt welcomed.

Minor things, which would just be just 2 seconds job for a handy man. The main light in the bedroom didn't work (new bulb), the main bedroom cupboard handles needed tightening, and the main bathroom door to the bathroom kept locking from the inside. All minor, but this wouldn't stop us from coming back.

Loved the proximity to the beach and down to Burleigh! Was also good to have a nice pool and great gym! Alap loved being able to Sauna daily and make use of the spa!

The only down side was the apartment renovations that were happening meant there was a bit of jackhammering during the day which was annoying when wanting to just relax at the unit.

View , location and cleanliness were AMAZING. Lovely reception area , beautiful gardens and pool , and a fun pool table room.

Apartment in dire need of upgrade . Blinds broken and dont cover the windows ( very bright at dawn ), master bedroom mattress terrible , sofas ripped and outdated , kitchen and bathrooms very basic and old. Main lounge air conditioner loud and rattling .
