Very nice property. Brand new almost. Beautiful views with floor to ceiling windows. View was magnificent. Main bedroom very spacious however would have preferred a king size bed as that’s what we are used too. Other bedroom extremely small. Shower was terrific, lots of pressure. Location is good, about a three to four blocks away from main huddle and bustle of Burleigh but walk along beach/esplanade very enjoyable. Our only disappointment was that one of the toilets was not clean. It had human faeces in it. Not what one wants to see. Pillows on bed are generous but ridiculously high. Need to provide option for flatter pillow’s. Apart from that all was good.

Beautiful apartment that far exceeded our expectations- floor to ceiling windows, ocean views from every room, wrap-around balcony overlooking the beach & lovely fit out. Perfect!

We changed accommodation from Surfer’s Paradise to Burleigh. If you like quiet area this is where you should go. Sandbar was very close to the beach. Our apartment on 20th floor had wonderful ocean view. Apartment itself was spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Loved spacious balcony with lounge sofa. Kitchen was equipped with necessary amenities and parking space was really handy. Shame that we couldn’t stay longer. We didn’t use shared bbq area and pool.

Only small thing I would suggest is to provide amenities like dishwashing tabs or soap/sponge for people staying shorter period of time. As we stayed only 2 nights we couldn’t buy those.

Great view, comfortable beds, nice pool area. Great little coffee shop just around the corner at The Paddock Bakery. Property was obviously brand new. Nice furnishings. Walking distance to a number of nice eateries.

When booking it was advertised as 2 bedroom, with second bedroom configuration listed as having a double bed and 2 single beds; but when we arrived it only had 2 singles beds in the second bedroom and there was a fold up bed in the living area. When we questioned this we were told the ad should have said a double OR 2 single beds as the single beds can push together to become a double if needed. So not as advertised, but we managed to fit the fold up bed into the second bedroom so the 3 kids were all in the same room.

The location is great, with easy access to the beach and a short walk down the centre of Burleigh for coffee or food. The 2-bed apartment was a good size for 3 adults and a toddler, we had amazing views over Burleigh and towards the mountains from the 23rd floor.

Street access was difficult with the construction out the front, The parking spaces were small which meant we had to get the toddler out of the car before parking and vice versa when getting back in

We had a two bedroom two bathroom apartment which was amazing absolutely no complaints there.. location if you have a car is great but it’s not a place surrounded by restaurants or cafes so if your walking stay closer to the main surfers area.

The wi-fi didn’t work. We told the staff they said it was because it was a new unit, sent someone up to connect it but that didn’t work either. The next day they tried again and some staff could connect and some couldn’t so they escalated it to a technician but never came back to us, and it never worked..having wi-fi so we could work while away was important to us so this was a big disappointment while to others on holiday it wouldn’t be a big deal.

The location and the cleanliness was excellent. The out of hours check in was also extremely helpful.

Not big issues but the instructions on how to get into the parking garage was slightly wrong but we were able to figure it out fairly quickly. The other issue something went wrong with the water pump on one day which meant we woke up to no water. The issue was promptly attended to however when we rang to report the issue they were already aware but hadn’t contacted us. In future I think if there is an issue guests could be notified. But again these were all minor issues that were fixed.

Clean and fresh and convenient. We like this place suitable for family..

Thing is I don’t like is that we need to clean our own room services, it is ok for us. But thing is ridiculous that we have paid for etch our laundry and kitchen tea and coffee stuff and dishwasher and toilet stuff after first trial used up. this is sevice apartment not motel service. even if the motel will provide laundry liquid and coffee and tea without charge . this management service has rated down for reputation as service provider. Staff is not very friendly and professional. Far away dad services apartment. Suck service staff and management responsibilities to recruit unprofessional staff

The kitchen was fully equipped with so many utensils, wine glasses, coffee mugs, plates, bowls, salad bowl, toaster, kettle, saucepans and frypans. Instructions for all the appliances were available on a website with a password. No coffee machine but I packed coffee bags. The room did have teabags and instant coffee satchels supplied plus a small milk in the fridge. But Coles and Aldi are a 3min walk away, which was so convenient. As noted in a precious guests comments - the only negative was the bathroom mirror shelf - it was too close to the sink so you would hit your head when finishing your teeth. All the guests were very friendly - I’m guessing most were permanent residents. Great entertaining area on Level 2 with an enclosed room with a lounge, dining table and tv. Outdoors chairs spread out around the area with bbqs. Only negative - no fridge to store your bbq food or drinks but we carried an esky down.

It is reasonably close to the beach except for the roadworks which are horrendous and nobody mentions. In fact I think it is a complete deliberate neglect to mention just how hard it will be to find and access the property. They are obviously embarrassed and frustrated by the roadworks that are going on out the front of the property, but they should still make incoming guests aware of this nonetheless. I really liked how sparkling clean and new the place is .

The neglect to mention the roadworks out the front. It wasn’t really a problem for me but it seems to be an issue for most of the people that if you don’t check in by 5 pm, they will hit you for the full night rate. As an accommodation provider myself, it seems like a smart and reasonable thing to implement from a business owner perspective, but I can see why people might be upset with this.
