We were told by locals the Apple & Grape Motel is the best motel in town and they were right. Clean, newly renovated rooms in a perfect location. We received amazing service from host Natalie and the motel staff. My wife lost a ring with great sentimental value and upon contacting the motel, Natalie immediately searched the room to no avail. The ring was subsequently found by cleaning staff and handed in. We were immediately contacted by Natalie and arrangements were made to reunite us with the lost jewelry. We can't speak highly enough about the level of service received at the Apple & Grape Motel!

Was a really nice place to stay. Very good location close to everything, Kmart hub, Aldi, Woolworths and a beautiful park with the big thermometer, just walking distance. The room was also very good, spacious, absolutely spotless!! and comfortable. The bed was a little to the soft side, so my partner didn't think it was comfortable. But for the cold nights the beds had electric blankets, and my son as I did thought it was the best! Good facilities with microwave, toaster, coffee +milk; and kettle and a fridge.

A spacious and impeccably clean room, tastefully furnished, with a comfortable bed. Within walking distance to everything, located on the main street but a little bit 'tucked away' so it was quiet and the inner yard with parking felt inviting. Friendly and helpful staff who offered great dining suggestions. I would stay here again.

A nicely remodeled bathroom might benefit from a more contemporary shower head.

I recently attended my nieces wedding at Stanthorpe and stayed at the Apple and Grape motel. Even though the motel is on the main road it was quite the rooms while a bit dated were clean and comfortable. Mich our host was welcoming and was a wealth of knowledge about the local area.

Nothing really not to like. If i have to be very picky carrying my luggage up the stairs was a bit of a pain but not a major issue.

Our "deluxe" room had lovely decor, was in pristine condition (I've never seen a cleaner bathroom) and was well furnished and well equipped. Everything (bed, table & chairs, seat) was comfortable and everything (TV, AC, electric blankets, nightlights, shower etc.) worked well. Undercover parking was good for overnight temperature below zero. There were several restaurant options within a 1 minute walk. We received a warm welcome and a warm farewell. We would happily return to this motel.

If I was to be really picky, I'd say the room size was a bit tight for a long stay but it was perfect for our overnight stay. There was room for a small table and chairs as well as a comfy chair, and adequate bench space near the microwave. We weren't tripping over each other.

Location is great. Everything you need just a short walk away. Great base to use to explore the area. Room was very clean and modern and the bed really comfortable. Loved the floor level night light in the bathroom

Pillows on the bed were too flat. We were unaware of additional pillows in the top of the wardrobe until the next morning. A sign indicating this would have been handy. Being able to turn on the exhaust fan separately to the bathroom light would mean a warmer bathroom in the very cold months.

Great location for an overnight stay (or longer) in Stanthorpe. Spotlessly clean and newly refurbished room with a microwave, fridge, toaster, tea and coffee and kettle. The bed was comfortable and the towels were fluffy! Nat and Mitch are great hosts and work hard to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at their motel. Highly recommend.

hosts very helpful, obliging and willing to share tips for eateries, activities. though the motel was very busy all nights of our stay, it was extremely quiet. close to the eateries and other attractions of the town,especailly the Tourist information centre

Location of the TV in family room was only visible from the Queen size bed. Those in the single beds could not see the TV screen from their beds. TV is dated and was not a smart TV hence not much option on a rainy day or if you wanted to stream a a show before bed.

The Motel is central to all your needs. Wonderful friendly staff, motel rooms are very clean and spacious. There is a beautiful park along the river bank which is great for a walk or even a lovely picnic, so peaceful. Lovely Chinese Restaurant straight across the road. Shops and cafes up the road. Great Motel highly recommend.
