Very welcoming I traveled with a little dog very pet friendly, room was very clean, pet friendly room was secluded from other rooms allowing my dog to walk freely amongst the garden and court yard. Water bowel and a ball provided. I had a car park under cover, close to restaurant. Reception staff very nice and allowed us the room again for second night with our fur baby, ( due to late plan changes) I would definitely go back again if I’m in the area and needing accommodation while traveling with a dog.

We chose it mainly because it was convenient for the trip we were making, but then we found it to be such a lovely place. The staff we encountered at check in and check out was wonderful - he couldn’t have been more kind. The room was very spacious, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Even though we only stayed 1 night it was perfect for us weary travellers. We were so happy with this accommodation that we stayed again on the return trip.

we stayed in a king suite which was really spacious with a sofabed, chiars and table. The bed was excellent. Bathroom/laundry all good. From the outside our room looked somewhat uninspiring but on opening the door we found the room had been recently refurbished, was bright and very comfortable. We found time for a sundowner on the balcony to reward ourselves with our good choice of accommodation. As you do.

The spa was great and the room was clean

Booked a deluxe room, it was definitely not deluxe. Main issue, The cleaners started washing machines at 7am, and this meant the shower water was either freezing cold or scolding hot. We booked specifically because the hotel offered breakfast yet the kitchen is not open on Sunday or Monday. There was no room service as advertised because the kitchen was closed, there is no balcony, deck or sitting space allocated to the room, there was a locked door that could have had a deck or sitting area for smokers, the cain chairs were that flimsy I was scared to sit on them.

The motel is in a great spot. Short walk to town. Short walk to supermarket. Room was clean and well presented. Tea/coffee cups in the room were a good size, and appreciated, instead of the standard 2 mouthful ones usually seen.

The bed was a little soft for my liking but others may like it that way. Room had kettle, toaster & microwave but no plates or cutlery.

The room was comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant food was amazing. Restaurant staff extremely friendly. The location is perfect for a walk to the centre of town and Coles is conveniently just a short walk away.

The parking area is a little confusing . In the corners of the quadrangle it's not very clear exactly where to park without putting another guest away from their room.

Room was a great size, also lovely and clean. The bathroom was a good size, sadly though there was only one face washer, in a room meant for three.

It was advertised they did room service, but when I requested this, they said they didn't provide it. I had initially booked to go to the restaurant, but I was exhausted after a long drive. That's when I decided on room service as advertised, sadly there was none.

It was well located near the CBD and had a functioning restaurant. Although located on the main highway I was fortunate to be allocated a spacious room shielded by two other rooms from the traffic noise.

The downside to its location was this room had two entrances. One of which opened to a secluded corridor adjacent to the property boundary. The room also had a very large window with a view to this corridor. The door was secured by an old fashion lock and chain. I returned once to find this door open but secured only by the chain.

The room was large and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well and there was plenty of hot water. The cleaning staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance and there was a Coles supermarket almost next door.

The shower head had a slight leak and consequently sprayed water where it wasn't wanted.

Room was a very good size, a little dated but very clean. Bed was excellent and comfy, plenty of extremely hot water, close walk to centre of town, fair sized fridge to put our cold items into.

The lounge/divan is a little dated and low for those with back issues, the tv is a little small for the size of the room. The security chain on the rear door was broken.
