Fantastic location Great facilities Beautiful view from the balcony

The room itself was different/smaller than what was pictured online. I thought we had booked a two bed/two bathroom balcony apartment and we got a two bed/one bathroom apartment with a tiny kitchen and smaller lounge area. We also got a Queen and a double bed rather than 2 Queens. I asked for two singles in the second bedroom but was told I couldn’t have that. I think there could be more accurate pictures and descriptions of the room types online.

Room: The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. Bed: The bed was very comfortable, with fresh linens and plenty of pillows. Location: The location was convenient, close to local attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area.

I appreciated the room's cleanliness and modern amenities, which made my stay very comfortable. The bed was particularly cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location was excellent, providing easy access to restaurants and shops.

Staff, room, position, pool. The closeness to other facilities was great.

Wifi was extremely disappointing. My wife and I both had (minor) work commitments to attend to but found the wifi extremely unreliable and disappointing, often only being available for a minute at a time, then intermittent for the time. It may have been the room location(208) but disappointing.

The pool was lovely! Very nice bright rooms, and nice and clean

The design of the room was a little crammed at times - for example in the smaller room (not the master room), it was hard to get to the closest, it was a bit tight The dishwasher smelled a bit bad; and the washing machine/dryer didn’t try out towels - we did so many loads to try and dry them but they were still wet.

It accomodate all our needs as a family. Rooms and bed were spacious, living area was big, bathroom were modern and love how the place has a washing machine and dryer, kitchen area space was big. The pool was nice but only if it was heated to swim in winter. Location was perfect, close to the city, close to everything and loved how there was a Woolies downstairs.

Just the pool that was not heated to swim on in winter. But we were not fuss about it.

We were very happy with the light and airy room. There was more natural light in the room than we had on a previous visit due to the location of the room. The location was very good in terms of access to a appointment I attend in a neighboring suburb. The shopping area is very good for breakfast and dinner.

Car parking was a bit of an issue with none available during the day in the designated area. There may hve been a meeting on at the venue which took up the car park. I have a large 4x4 and sometimes find it difficult to find a suitable park.

Excellent bed and accommodation, staff was very friendly and helpful. Walkerville is very quiet but a good coffee shop and supermarket is nearby. The coffee machine is very much appreciated. We like the hotel so it was the second time we were visiting the hotel and we knew what to expect.

It would be useful to provide olive oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen. In addition, the rooms let in a lot of light (which is not ideal with a baby).

Great location, great facilities, modern and clean.

Comfy beds, good free parking, shops and great cafes close, lovely artwork, leafy setting, good shower, surprising full kitchen! Pool was good, need a towel station by the pool and gym.

Fittings like kitchen joinery were a little worn and shabby but overall very good. Room was stuffy without the ability to get any fresh air inside.

Very spacious room and value for money, location was good too!

Beds were a little too soft for all of us and couch in loungeroom was way too small for 4 people staying in the apartment we booked. It was lucky we weren't in the room very much as 2 of us would have had to relax on one of the beds.
