It is an excellent accommodation for exploring Adelaide. The location is close to the city centre and there is a free city bus stop nearby. The bus runs a circular route through the entire city centre and should be used to get a first impression of the city. The flats are very well maintained and clean. All necessary toiletries are available in the bathroom. The fridge is well suited for cooling drinks. There is a sink, but it is not possible to cook as there is no cooker. A well-stocked minibar (for a fee) provides small treats. The bed is very comfortable. The room can be darkened very well with the blinds. Checking in and out is well organised and very easy. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We were given good tips for restaurants. We visited one of them and were very satisfied. There is plenty of parking either in the courtyard or directly in front of the accommodation on the street.

The airport is not far away, which is why an aeroplane sometimes passes over the accommodation. It is not unpleasantly loud in the apartment. It didn't bother us. In addition, there are no flights during the night. But people who are very sensitive to noise should be aware of this so that they are not disappointed.

This was the cleanest room We have enters for a Long time. The facilities on the premises are excellent. The washing machine, extra towels If needed are available. The ironing and ironing board in the room was very handy . The ice machine came In handy and also the venting machine would have been great if needed . We travel a lot and we were very impressed with your set up . Check in you so kindy allowed an early check in . Parking was tight however it was available. Access to walk to everything is a bonus as well . Great team work .

The location is great, it is a 20 minute walk to the AEC (which is where I wanted to go). The rooms are a good size and has everything you could need for the night. The place was very quiet even with loud music playing on the main street nearby. The price was great. The staff member I talked to was lovely. Very easy options for checking in and out late/early. This is the only hotel I have been to with printed instructions for the AC which was very helpful. Great WiFi (any complaints you see from other reviews have probably never used WiFi while traveling[use a VPN if you can't connect])

The shower door in my room didn't fully close. It was still usable and the staff member told me that it was getting fixed (we all know how long repairmen can take) I asked whether I could check in late and kept getting auto responses but when I called the lady told me it was all good and instructions did come on the day of arrival.

Big comfortable bed. Very clean. Excellent split system airconditioner. Walkable to services on O’Connell Street. Plenty of food options in this suburb.

Very small bathroom. Excellent shower but had to keep pressure low because water came out under cubicle door. Would have preferrred seats rather than under bench stools for seating in room. Be prepared this accomodation is right under flight path, not an issue for us, but may be for others. Very limited on site parking & very tight parking each side of driveway. Street parking available but did have some time restrictions & local resident permit parking zones

The location is great, especially with the proximity to the free route 98 loop bus, which runs clockwise and anticlockwise around the city and into North Adelaide with stops at all major destinations. The accomodation is also convenient to a 24 hour bakery and a small supermarket with regular business hours, nearby O’Connell street offers an extensive array of dining options. We had a spa room which was perfectly sized for our 3 night stay. The spa is a fabulous size and shape and took no time at all to fill, it was very relaxing. The room was refreshed each day by housekeeping, towels were replaced if necessary, extra towels and toiletries could be obtained from the laundry.

Unfortunately for the 28 apartments there are only 13 car parks off the street. Street parking was not difficult to find after 6pm even during festival season, street parking is 2hr limited between 8am and 6pm. Parking on the street meant you were parking under mature trees which left a mist of fine sap all over the car.

The location was perfect, on a beautiful street with lots of trees and colorful flowers of every hue. Five-minute walk to a famous bakery open 24 hours a day and a bus stop that goes directly into the center of the city. Nice room with all the amenities. But what REALLY makes this hotel special is the staff-- Melanie, Lucy and a woman whose names begins with T-- sorry, I can't remember it. They made it easy to enter my room after hours. They gave me advice about how to move around Adelaide and introduced me to the wonderful Australian people, history and politics. I will return to Adelaide and this hotel if I ever have the chance to visit Australia again.

Everything was great

What wasn't there to like! Being able to late check in is a handy option to have. Upgraded room was a bonus. Melanie was exceptional with her communication. She was kind, polite but very professional at the same time. 2nd time for me staying and tbh I won't be looking anywhere else to stay from now on! Having a bigger 4wd and being allowed to park in the check in parks, so it's not on the street just shows how much the team care. A++++++ 10/10 i can't wait for my next stay.

The neighbourhood was really lovely - leafy with lots of cute houses, but also plenty of restaurants. It was outside the centre of town but only about a 20 minute walk to the city, and lots of bus options (even at night). And the "vending machine room" was great - having decent microwave meals and an ice machine on the premises was a nice touch. Bed was BIG and comfortable, and I liked the large bench with a sink in the main living area.

Parking was first-come-first-serve. I managed to get a spot but had to be strategic about when I took the car out to make sure I didn't lose my spot. Street parking was available but there were restrictions at times.

Lovely location, beautiful street. There's also a beautiful pie shop offer food 24 hours. This is amazing and I would love to come back for another stay.

The room is a bit smaller than expected. Some of the photos made me thought this is a servicing apartment or a studio, but actually a hotel room with a coffee and tea corner. You can have some microwave food. It's enough to use for a short business trip for an individual, but may be a bit tight for a couple or family.

Liked being able to park on site, as parking on the road is limited, due to residents permits parking restrictions. Liked that you could buy good quality frozen meals from vending machine on site. Toiletries were of an excellent quality. We got a discount off our meals at the Caledonian hotel, due to an agreement with this accommodation.

Could do with a comfortable chair in the room to watch television. I know this would be difficult, due to limited space.
