This motel would have to be Adelaide's best kept secrets. The cleanliness and presentation is exceptional. It would have to be the best we have ever stayed in, in any motel. The staff are very friendly. Nothing is ever to much trouble, and they are very attentive. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever had, which is important to myself and my wife, as we have some back issues, so a comfortable bed is a must have for us. The car park is secure after hours. Your room key card is used to access the secure parking after hours. The facilities provided in the room are in excellent condition, and all worked without issue. Oh and lets not forget the swimming pool that they have too. The aircon in the main bedroom and lounge area worked very well. It made for a very comfortable stay as we had hot weather during our visit. The motel is ideally situated with a good choice of local eatery's within a short walking distance. This will now be our motel of choice whenever we visit Adelaide. I challenge any other motel to even come close to this great place. The motel is a credit to the management, and all the staff that work there. They set a very high standard, and this motel should be used as the bench mark for all others.

What didn't we like, absolutely nothing. There is nothing to dislike about this motel whatsoever.

I have stayed here previously, so knew what to expect. The room upgrade was a welcome surprise. The suite we stayed in was spacious and newly refurbished and the bed was large and extremely comfortable. They didn't jack up the prices ridiculously for the long weekend - unlike other nearby hotels. Car parking is easy to access, although very full being a long weekend.

The only downside is noise from pipes/plumbing. When the person in the room above had a shower late at night it was very loud - light sleepers might find this disturbing to their sleep.

Location excellent. Adelaide CBD is within walking distance for those folk who don’t mind a 40 minute walk. Restaurants only a few minutes walk. Bedroom being separate from kitchen lounge was great. Lots of room, very spacious. Large car park. Large well lit writing bench. Staff very friendly and informative about travelling using the nearby bus services.

I could not use one of my larger chargers as power points were at floor level. Room for only one person at a time in the kitchen cubicle.

It was amazing the way they have helped me in every doubt I had. I was traveling to Australia from the first time and they were so kind and polite and they even arranged me a.spare charger as my phone was dying

Good, quiet location but still handy to the city. Very spacious & clean rooms which included small kitchenette with microwave. Well stocked with 'pump' shampoos etc and coffee etc Friendly staff at reception. Plenty of secure, on-site parking.

A little outdated, but efforts made to 'disguise' this. Limited no. of power points (for phone charging etc) TV remote not clean.

Excellent location, clean and well maintained with upgraded facilities. Excellent parking with good sized parking spots to fit our Merc Van. We had a King Suite and it was so spacious, super clean and well maintained and beautifully presented. The balcony was small but still a lovely luxury to get some fresh air. The kitchenette was compact but functional. Fridge was exceptionally clean. Lots of pillows and an extra towel. Location to restaurants was amazing! Super quiet and safe location. Steven who checked us in is an absolute gem! So kind and helpful and friendly. 100% recommend.

Bed and pillows were too soft for my preference. But everything else was amazing.

Room was clean, comfortable, and serviceable, meeting basic expectations. However, there wasn't anything particularly exceptional about it.

The bathroom was quite small, making it difficult for two people to use it at the same time. While secure free car parking was a nice perk, the limited spaces meant we couldn’t actually park within the property.

Location was good ,good shops and eateries close by and the free city bus not far away to stop at all the required locations. Parking on site was available and the pool out back was a bonus. the huge lobby area was comfortable as well

The only down fall in my opinion was the poor and patchy WI FI which was hopeless in our room but seemed to work well in the lobby area forcing my wife and myself to go to the lobby to do our emails etc. The only other minor issue was that we returned back to our rooms on two occasions to find our fridge door open.
