Liked how the rooms were quiet even if the window was open, couldn't hear traffic that much, rooms were clean, bathroom was also clean, shower heads weren't the greatest appliance to use, glad the fridge kept our food and drinks really cold, and out ice pack frozen.

The shower heads could use a bit of maintenance, windows were relatively difficult to open, close and lock. wasn't much room on top of the fridge to make coffee's or tea but was manageable.

Everything. We booked a family room(1 king, 2 king singles) which was spacious and very clean, had tea/coffee making facilities, tv, breakfast box/hamper (cereal, juice, muesli bar), bathroom amenities. Check in very easy. Property also had bistro (very yummy food for good prices), 2 bars, and pokies. You could eat either in the bistro, front bar or in your room. Staff were amazing, very helpful and always had a smile on their face. Public transport within 2 min walk. Great value for money and we can’t wait to come back again and stay there.

The free WiFi is fast. The room is clean. The water pressure of the shower facilities is strong and stable. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Because the company booked us an early flight and we arrived much earlier than expected, although they could not check us in immediately, the staff still prioritized cleaning our room and allowed us to check in early.

The free WiFi keep asking me to login. The bed is a little bit small.

They offered me a small 'breakfast pack' but I didn't take it. The location was convenient for me but, as I knew beforehand, on a busy, noisy road. The pub itself wasn't noisy and, as I indicated above, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has good meals and a good dining room.

The staff were already aware that the tiling on the bathroom floor wasn't done correctly and therefore the shower water doesn't drain away properly, a minor inconvenience. The TV is mounted over the bed; I would have preferred it to be mounted on another wall so that it could be viewed from the 'table' area. But that's just a personal preference, not a complaint.

Great sized room, very clean and comfortable. Although above the pub/bistro no noise travels so my stay was very peaceful. All of the staff were also fantastic, so friendly & welcoming. I would definitely stay again when I'm next in Adelaide!

Friendly and respectful staff. Location is great, easy access to fuel, food and refreshments. Inhouse dining and recreation facilities. Gymn just across the road. Spacious parking. No noise disturbance from road traffic during peak hours.

Absolutely great value for money, and still met all of my expectations for every aspects like facilities, cleanness of the room, and smooth process - check in & out, daily cleaning service, car park etc.

The kettle was not usable due to its cleanness inside. Small windows and no clear glass at all - couldn't see outside from the room. The place is not horribly far from the city centre, but I still felt a little bit away. So, recommend to stay with a car. This is a subjective opinion, and can be case by case. It is still a good location for money and value though.

Staff was friendly enough, rooms were ok, nothing overly special but enough for what we needed.

The power sockets in the room were loose. Now being adults not such a big deal but since this was a family room and it's to be expected that kids are staying in the room.... quite dangerous. Cleanliness under beds and in corners could be a little better, shower was annoying because of how the tiles were layed/angled the water would run out and after all of us having a shower the bathroom was almost under water.

Breakfast Pack is excellent idea. Very clever design and included in our room rate so good value as well. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom also very good. Towels,toiletteries and hospitality tray very good. The staff, particularly the evening ladies were lovely.Very helpful & friendly.

Room 14: Has been redecorated but unfortunately the furnishings have not been arranged well. There are plenty of electric sockes but unfortunately not one can be used properly. I ended up boiling the kettle while it was balan ced on the side of the basin. And I had to move the chair so Icould rest my phone and laptop on it to charge them. The other issue is that the main bedroom window glass is obscured so it makes he room seem quite dark. I understand that it is because the top of the building has an unusual concrete wall casing but people like to actual see the sky.

I did not know that breakfast was included, so didn't have any. I was not amused about being charged twice for the room. It has been rectified, thank you.

Some assistance for an old lady lugging her cases up stairs would have been appreciated.
