A short 5 min drive from Spirit of Tasmania, situated on the waterfront, with fantastic views(would be even better if the weather was playing its part, mother natures fault, not property owners) great walking track along the waterfront, Cafe & mini golf on site. Spacious, tidy apartment with everything available to use, like home away from home. Super comfortable bed. Excellent lounge & dining area. Love the fact that it even provides Cling Wrap & Foil, even paper towel(alot of places DO NOT) Washing machine & dryer superb having to NOT take dirty laundry home.Fantastic walk in shower with a privacy glass door to the bathroom. This place is only a stones throw into heart of Devonport to pick up essentials OR Spreyton IGA the other direction which is also 5 mins more up the rd. Owners are very accomodating, we rang the day before to see if we could arrange a late check out due to weather conditions if our plans changed, this was not a problem.Very accomodating. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone.

The property is located in a quiet area within walking distance to a cafe, mini golf course, and picnic area. The entire process to check into the apartment was seamless, parking is conveniently located directly in front of the property. The apartment is very well appointed, was very clean and it had everything I needed for cooking, relaxing and a good night's sleep, spacious living area with balcony and outdoor furniture. I would definitely staff again.

Loved this place! Comfiest beds on our whole trip around Tassie and the views of the river were beautiful. All the little modern features like zoned heating and cooling make it very comfortable. The frosted glass everywhere is impractical and not great for kids sleeping, but the comfy bed and pillows make up for it. Stayed here twice on our mini lap and it was hard to beat!

The rooms were very spacious and the location was perfect. The ensuite and bathroom were very spacious. Overall well maintained.

The TV in hall is old model and we werent able to watch netflix due to outdated settings. The internet connection werent that great for youtube streaming.Hand wash dispenser was missing. If these are addressed it would be more customer friendly.

WOW, how nice this was, room with a water view, we watched the tides go in and out. Bed and pillow was so comfortable, bathroom and kitchen everything you need. Short drive to Spirit of Tasmania for our venture home. Great way to end our stay, absolutely beautiful.

No complaints, we did want to use the hotplates to make breakfast but couldn't work out why they didn't work. Later that day noticed an on/off switch located on the wall. Simple really, silly us.

loved the control heating in every room beautiful apartment to stay , we had a celebration to attend and we couldn’t stop praising your accommodation to our family and friends . Very well appointed apartment , should be very proud on the attention to detail. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommending Waterfront Apartments to everyone.

If I had to pick it would be the lighting in bathroom was not great for when applying make up and only 1 bedroom had a long length mirror .AND thats picking

Excellent location and a beautiful property. It had all the amenities.

Cleanliness has been a big letdown. The toilets were soiled and I had to clean it. The backyard door was locked and I tried to call the management but no one bothered to return my call. We thought of relaxing in the riverfront but couldn’t do it. What is the point of staying in river front apartment when you can’t access it??

The Staff were lovely and accommodated us when we arrived super early, the apartment was clean, modern and comfortable, the view over the water was spectacular, this apartment had everything we needed and it was a really lovely space.

Honestly I have no negatives.

Large very comfortable suite with a veranda to sit and observe the wild life and other activities (rowing) in the estuary. We never watched TV but a large screen is available. Milk and bread in the fridge for breakfast. We supplied the Vegemite. Plenty of restaurants in town for dinner and only a short drive away.

Twin beds would have been better

A great location, with a wonderful view over the Mersey River and a short 5 minute drive to the heart of Devonport. Minimal traffic noise ... nothing at night. Highly recommended.

The only criticism ... the doors for the bedrooms were frosted glass, which meant that light from the living area illuminated the bedrooms. It must have been designed by a man :-)
